I have done karate for 8 years now and seeing this man punch terribly and have his hand bend hurts me because like Kwite said, You have to use your hips in which my teacher said is called "Torqing" I don't know how its spelled but its basically what kwite did with the analogy and that. You also have to tighten your fist otherwise you could break the wrist or hand depending on what your punching. Fun tip: If you go for the ribs of the person, extend your middle finger A little bit but keep the hand in a fist. It can really do some damage. Thanks for the tips Kwite!

about the shirt over the hoodie thing. if you do plan on wearing the shirt over your hoodie more often, i recommend you size up by one so that it doesn't cuff around the already "oversized" hoodie. it'll look more natural to look at that way. but i do think that the shirt looks really cool over your hoodie
