Biotin can REALLY mess-up thyroid blood tests, too. My endocrinologist has me even stop taking multivitamins weeks before a blood test. (Thanks for this video!)

I had female issues with very heavy bleeding and was told to take Vit D and iron. After my emergency hysterectomy, my Vit D levels were very high and was told to only take it once or twice a week. So if circumstances change, double check meds and supplements with your doctor.
    Many blessings!!!💖💖💖

Magnesium oxide is the cheapest and least absorbable form of magnesium. Magnesium glycinate is one of the best bioavailable forms and it calms your nervous system. Great for sleep.

Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Threonate seems to be the best kinds to consume, or atleast in my experience. Magnesium Citrate has specific applications but that works great for stomach acids too. I just wouldnt waste money on Magnesium Oxide or Magnesium Carbonate tbh or any complex supplements that combines low dose good kinds with cheap non-bioavailable kinds like Magnesium Oxide.

^^^ 100% correct. The most bioavailable forms of magnesium are threonate, glycinate, and taurate. Magnesium citrate is good for acting as a laxative and magnesium oxide is the least bioavailable form of magnesium on the market. It literally does absolutely nothing positive for the body, rather it just results in producing expensive urine.

I agree with the above comments. Also, magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) baths before bedtime relax the body and helps alleviate soreness in the body.

This is actually an awesome video. I recently have tried many skincare actives, exfoliants, etc and low & behold they all have irritated my eyes so BAD. I'm gonna take an Omega 3 and find a really good eyedrop for my eyes. I don't know if I have ocular rosacea, just dry eyes, or a combination, or something completely else. But some of these things have bothered my eyes so bad it triggered a 24 hour migraine. The latest that has been as bad as Differin is AzA 15% script. I used it one night and that was enough. 😭 I tried Restasis years ago and it caused me the worst eye pain I ever had in my life.

@bsbeauty, great video. I highly recommended in taking Magnesium GLYSINATE for sleeping. It’s phenomenal Sarah. Lots of love and appreciation from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤😊

Collagen is not a complete protein, so I wouldn’t rely on the gummies to reduce muscle loss while you’re dieting. I’m currently in a muscle building phase (on a bulk), so if you want some ideas for adding protein, I can help 😬 And no shame in adding protein powder if you like smoothies or to mix into yogurt. The creatine is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 but it can make you bloated- make sure you’re drinking plenty of water when you take it, because it pulls water into your muscles.
I started using Sparkle Wellness Verisol collagen, and it’s been making a really big difference in skin hydration and reduced tretinoin irritation.

    Ah love Blackmores vitimans !
Being on roaccutane atm I feel like I need the them.
I take a probiotic, b vitimans or vit c depending on the day, also fish oil and primrose oil ( but I did stop primrose because my doctor said I would get more benefit putting it on my face not ingesting it)
Also I take valerian root for tension and sleep👍🏻

If you don't really care how it looks I'd let him fix it, esp. if you're getting a new mailbox. BUT if you plan on keeping the mailbox, I'd ask for money, which could get dicey if they didn't want to pay enough. then you'd have to go to small claims. The easiest is to let him fix it....dice rolled on if he does a good enough job in fixing it or just scotch tape it...Ps. I've got a 1984 Mercedes with 400,000 miles on her. Her name is Cupcake.

Hi Sarah, does the Vit D that your taking have K2 in it, if it doesn’t, the Vit D cannot be digested, therefore just flushes out of our systems. Unless it a Rx Vit D. Just wanted to throw that out there.
Great supplements. I have started taking Centrum 50 plus for skin, eyes, bone and heart health. Also really want to try AG -1 athletic greens, but wow, so expensive. Thank you for pointing out Brands that You trust. I for sure am going to look into those brands, as a consumer, there are so many out there that we just cannot trust.

I don't use supplements. I just feel that if you eat a balanced diet, you shouldn't need supplements. Have you heard of this new-ish trend of mushroom tea and coffee😆 I mean, why? Just eat a few mushrooms and stop torturing yourself🤣 But, before retirement, I was medical, so, I may be a bit biased. Have a beautiful day everyone 💗💗💗 and please don't try to convert me to supplements. I don't feel up to arguing today🥰

The only ones you really need are B12 if you are vegan and D3 if you are not exposed to sunshine. The others are taken via whole foods easily. I support your opinion.
