In this video he's using SNES9x, and I don't know how to overclock it in that emulator. But with ZSNES you just go to the configuration file and change the execution value from 100 to a number between 50 and 150. Anything over 100 is overclocking it.

you know, with them remaking megaman 9 and 10 to be like it's on the nes, capcom would do well to release a new megaman x like it was on the snes. the ones on psx and even on ps2 were okay, but mmx 1,2 and 3 on snes are all time classics, for me at least. make it happen capcom, and i'll but it all day long
