Given how you only bumped with Susie and attacked with the other two, I'd assume that you though Berdly could only be bumped by someone in the same lane for at least half the battle
There’s a faster method to winning here. Instead of bumping his car, just keep attacking him until his HP drops low enough for his car to start smoking. He’ll become tired, meaning you can have Ralsei pacify him.
Berdly was pretty bad ass throughout this fight.

I’m getting some serious ff8 vibes. With a party of 3 going up against a female ruler & their former “friend” who’s calls themselves her knight. This “friend” is a bully who’s completely full of themselves and desires a girls who’s a friend of the rest of the cast.

Normally because in chapter one and throughout most of chapter two, he’s a flat out jackass. Plus he was just a background character. But he was given a backstory, character development, a really badass theme, and to lots of people he’s become likable. I honestly hated him at first. But now he’s my favorite character next to Spamton.
Sussie still fave, berdly is close second, and the rest? Likeables.

Fighting berdly was one of the biggest surprises I had on my first time on chapter 2
I have noticed that berdly isnt smug in genocide. Nice touch of detail.
I might be just overthinking, but have you noticed that characters that had faces and expressions for dialogue in chapter 1 are receiving important roles in chapter 2? Noelle and Berdly in this chapter, maybe Catti could have an important role in a future chapter as well
Yeah Catti and Jockington are definitely going to be important characters. Maybe even Undyne and Alphys, too

Yep. Sans too of course. Toriel and undyne are confirmed. Sans, alphys, catti, jockigton and even papyrus maybe could appear. Catti, bratty and burgerpants as well but i kinda doubt it though.
@@GigachadHGDYDBHDB im almost certain that Catti is going to be a important character later, in chapter 2, if you interact with her, she will say "Kris you who walk among the dark, protect Noelle, from Susie" but how does she know about the dark world?
I like this character, is pretty goofy but his battle theme is just amazing

There's something about Queen's "I Did Not Ask Him I Did Not Ask Him I Did Not Ask Him" that I just find hilarious.
One small thing that bothers me about this boss fight: Berdly's car only takes the middle track, and only switches to the side tracks when Kris or Ralsei are about to ram him. Is there a reason for that beyond player convenience?

Does defeating Berdly by normal fighting affect anything during the gameplay by any chance? Like you can fight some enemies in the first chapter and nothing will happen.
Yes, defeating him by fighting (at least once) will make his arm asleep when he goes back to the real world.

Honestly of berdly wasn't so cocky and instead played it smart, he could definitely be one of the most powerful lightners out of the gang cuz he's agile af, has armor like kris, proficient as heck in using magic and has an op and versatile weapon (his halbird)

I found a faster way to win the coaster Berdley fight. Attack him until his HP drops below 50% and he’ll get tired, allowing Ralsei to pacify him.
