Hi Bunny, you did excellent, even though the dall gets a little soft, it still still turned out great. A quick fix when your dall gets soft, is to parch it in pan and then it will get good, not to worry, your dall puri turns out great for your first try❤️

Channa curry is my favorite 🤩. Just some pointers: When you’re kneading roti or puri dough you can use warm water and add a pinch of milk powder if you’d like. But your dhal puri came out really good. You did a great job!

Girl d first time i tried making roti it came out stiff and thick. 🙈. It definitely takes practice. Don’t worry, you will eventually master it. Try adding ghee to the dough and mix it with warm water and don’t use lots of baking powder for oil roti. And when you clap it, wrap it up in a hand towel and keep it there till you ready to eat. That helped me. I hope it helps you
