Your style is elegant and relaxed at the same time... and you have such a good eye for the good stuff! Love how you tied the sleeves of the pink shirt back
I love to see people thrift-shopping! I've been doing it since the 1970s and have found some of the most unique items that way. I raised my kids with thrifted clothes, and now, in my 60s, I still thrift shop. Like you, I got OVER going into stores to purchase new items, especially since quality has been sacrificed for mass production, and prices have risen to ridiculous heights. Love that you remake much of what you find, too!
You're doing a great job. My only suggestion - I would like to watch you actually sew and construct the items you are making. The items you make are amazing! Thank you for filming more, please please keep it up.
I’ve always had a thing for bright colours like red and yellow but I’ve been transitioning bit by bit into more nude/beige/cream pieces and your style is amazing.
Your vids are the reason I have gone from 2 cacti to having 21 leafy houseplants crammed into a super tiny studio flat, and I LOVE IT!! My praying mantis, Godfrey, is enjoying his new jungle too. Thanks for sharing your beautiful life with us.
@@leviathanesque Hahaha thank you!!! Sadly he passed away as they don't live too long, But Godfrey 2 (yep, i loved the name too much to change it) is having a fantastic day. I'm now at 90 plants.
❤ watching the joy you have sharing your thrifting finds while looking so cute modeling all the items is so fun, like besties sharing their daily fun! The excitement reminds me of the joy I experience with thrifting finds. You have great taste and dress well with style!
I'm a sucker for head wraps and have recently become infatuated with "curtain" and even wedding dress material at fabric/crafts stores. Looking at those kinds of places allows for much more variety, in my opinion. Love ur videos; they're refreshing and always inspirational.
Love all of your thrifting videos and your style. Anytime I travel to a new town or city, a mandatory part of the trip is checking out all the local thrift stores.
All three ways you styled the sleeves on the blush top looked so cool! I was thinking you could do kind of a cap sleeve at first but keep the sleeves!! They're awesome
I love the sleeve cuffs with buttons on the rose-toned blouse ..... not sure I like the split cut outs though (I’ve never been a fan of that look either). This was two years ago so I’m sure Hannah has already worked her magic, but It would be interesting to see what insertion lace (preferably vintage) would look like to seam the sleeves shut. It might really look pretty, especially if the lace was in the same color tone, so it’s subtle. Hmmmm ... this is giving me ideas! Gotta head to the thrift store soon.
Your first item is called a chemise (the top half of a slip), they were originally created to wear under your. However, in recent years they've become popular to wear under sheer tops/dresses, to be a peekaboo under a top or dress and now to simply to be worn as outerwear.
I’m from the ✨*FuTuRe*✨ and she made a few tutorials on how she makes clothes and she also showed us what she knows about sewing (with her sewing machine, which is either 100 or 100 in something dollars on Amazon)
also i love all of these clothes so much but i just know they would look hilariously bad on me, you’re so lucky to be able to suit this kind of style 😍
Thx for that. So inspiring. X it's great during the lockdown, too and reminds me of the abundance of charity shops in UK and how it helped me to fall in love with myself x. X
1) where do you get your high waisted shorts from? They are adorable 2) where are the green overalls from? I need a pair for this summer Love your videos!!!!!!!
I wish you lived local to me! I could use your eye with thrifting. I love the choices you made. That rose colored shirt is adorable on you. I would think you could sew the sleaves closed. You may have to cut it up to the shoulder to make it look right but it looks like there is plenty of room. I would hate for you to lose the detail at the wrist. Anyways, great finds!
You would love Australian fabrics we mostly wear linen, cotton, raw fabrics bamboo fabrics old school fabric it breaths super soft . Very earthy but country too well thats what my wardrobe is like. Especially the vintage night gown can get lots here like that. You would fit in the Australian life style easy.
Maybe with the rose gold shirt, cut the sleeves a little above the slit and the attach the cool cuffs to the capped sleeves so then it’s like a 1/4 sleeve shirt
for some reason when you had the light blue coat on at the end, I thought man she'd make a good airline stewardess. I mean this in the best way possible. Maybe the classic lines they wear.
I know this is an old comment, but I worked for Goodwill for years and your store items for sale are only as good as your demographic, we took surplus trailers of packed items and sold to Value Village, but it is better to go to thriftstores in middle class neighborhoods, the poorer ones dont have much and the well to do people dont actually get rid of as much stuff as you think! It is a lot of the young families that may be moving for work etc that will get rid of a lot of good stuff, and also it is very hard to thrift in a college town, they dont have anything to donate and if the store gets good stuff the college kids snap it up!! lol lol
Love all your stuff! Speaking of Rom Com movies based in Italy with great linen clothes, check out Only You staring Robert Downy Jr and Marisa Tomei...SO GOOD!! I still love everything she wore in that movie!
I absolutely LOVE your style! I love oversized tops too! Wish there were thrift stores here, but there aren't any here [Edit... your style reminds me of Nancy Drew's style lol esp. the coats!! 😀👍🏽👍🏽]
Hi Hannah! I also live in the Twin Cities and love to thrift. You have some excellent finds. Do you mind sharing what specific thrift stores you have the most luck with? I favor Unique in Golden Valley and Arc’s Value Village in Richfield. Thanks! So excited to find new spots!
your style reminds me of Indiana Jones/1930’s feminine archeologist aesthetic and I love it
Same, kinda like milo thatch
SUPER AGREE
pikapika wtf is this so accurate?
Agreed!
Your style is elegant and relaxed at the same time... and you have such a good eye for the good stuff! Love how you tied the sleeves of the pink shirt back
All ur clothes make me imagine that u should live in like an island in Greece or some little town near the sea at Italy
I ask myself why do I keep watching you and I say are you stupid why am I watching you god she’s gorgeous
It's the Donna-from-Mamma-Mia overall vibe 😂 literally closet goals - If I'd live somewhere warm enough this is definitely what I'd want to wear too!
Your style is elegant and relaxed at the same time... and you have such a good eye for the good stuff!
Such a unique style. Like the feel of the vintage vibe.😊

Cindy thrifting in the 70s must have been so cool. 😭
Don't cut the sleeves off of the rose gold shirt!!!!!!! They're so beautiful!!!
You're doing a great job. My only suggestion - I would like to watch you actually sew and construct the items you are making. The items you make are amazing! Thank you for filming more, please please keep it up.

You never fail to amaze me! I'm pretty sure your crazy but don't ever change That's what makes you special!
A good eye for a classy inexpensive stuff, love your style 😊👍👍
How do you always find really interesting and/or classic pieces when you thrift? Love your style! Not boring at all!
whoa green is your color!! also would love to see a morning routine video and more info about your sleep schedule!!
Love this! You pick things up and make them look like they’re $200 at Anthro or Urban!
And I did like the sleeves shorter (but split) on the rose top
I’ve always had a thing for bright colours like red and yellow but I’ve been transitioning bit by bit into more nude/beige/cream pieces and your style is amazing.
So Freida😘

i know this is a year old comment but i rly hope godfrey the praying mantis has a good day

ThatSophie95xX oh that's awesome!! godfrey is an awesome name, i've got a kitten named janis bc i've been dying to name a pet that for ages
Keep the cool thrifting videos coming.
Just be aware that draperies can contain fiberglass. Always look for labels. It can resemble linen.
Really?!
Marguerite Holtzhausen yes. Especially "vintage" drapes from the 60s and 70s. They hold up well in sunlight drenched windows.
Omg what?! That's super helpful. Thanks. 😮
@@marylhere I was looking for this comment, Mary, you are spot on! Always look for the tag, there is helpful info on it such as how to wash/dry, etc.
❤ watching the joy you have sharing your thrifting finds while looking so cute modeling all the items is so fun, like besties sharing their daily fun! The excitement reminds me of the joy I experience with thrifting finds. You have great taste and dress well with style!
The blue coat at the end looks like the outfits the girls from Beauxbatons wore in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire
The last outfit w the blue coat deserves a round of applause 10/10 wow
The blue coatis to die for! Lovely! 💕
absolutely living for this aesthetic
I'm a sucker for head wraps and have recently become infatuated with "curtain" and even wedding dress material at fabric/crafts stores. Looking at those kinds of places allows for much more variety, in my opinion.

I LOVE EVERYTHING YOU GOT THAT ROSE TONE SHIRT LOOKS GOOD WITH THE SLEEVES TIED IN THE BACK THAT BLUE COAT IS MY FAVORITE
Love all of your thrifting videos and your style. Anytime I travel to a new town or city, a mandatory part of the trip is checking out all the local thrift stores.
Absolutely love that light blue coat, and it really suits you!

Thanks for styling it ! I have seen thrift haul videos and only few show how to style or pair up with wardrobe ! 😊
Your creativity coupled with your skills is top notch and very entertaining. Unique styles!
I LOVE the shite blouse the the V shaped collar ! so unique and totally something I would buy!
Your first item is called a chemise (the top half of a slip), they were originally created to wear under your. However, in recent years they've become popular to wear under sheer tops/dresses, to be a peekaboo under a top or dress and now to simply to be worn as outerwear.
You are so cute modeling all those clothes AND I think you can make anything work given your height and model figure. Good job Hannah!
Right? She's so lucky, anything looks good on her body type. I'm pale and short so look like a potato in most things :(
Can you show us how exactly you sew and make the clothing?
I would love to see a video on this
I’m from the ✨*FuTuRe*✨ and she made a few tutorials on how she makes clothes and she also showed us what she knows about sewing (with her sewing machine, which is either 100 or 100 in something dollars on Amazon)
Your productivity is wonderful and I love all of your videos! Happy to have found your page through Isabel. 😊
omg the final denim shirt, silk top and that amazing blue coat rocks! you are a model/should be absolutely everything looks great on you.
I am loving your style!! Finally I found a inspiring and similar style to mine! And I love that you also sew clothes! Greetings from Finland! :)
also i love all of these clothes so much but i just know they would look hilariously bad on me, you’re so lucky to be able to suit this kind of style 😍
That drop waist dress is a beautiful romantic Victorian style....perfect as is!
Thx for that. So inspiring. X it's great during the lockdown, too and reminds me of the abundance of charity shops in UK and how it helped me to fall in love with myself x. X
Love your style, and decor!! Please do a skin care routine!
Those coats! Wish I found stuff so tailored and beautiful at op shops near me (what Australians call thrift stores)
The pink shirt you could have sewn up the slit in the sleeved.
Its such a beautiful colour
1) where do you get your high waisted shorts from? They are adorable
2) where are the green overalls from? I need a pair for this summer

The light blue coat is a treasure !!!!!!!!!

Love this! Your apartment looks so cozy!
ok but that collar shirt is really cute tho (and beige/basic colors always look nice together so owning only em is real relatable for me)
White shirt would be so cute with a dark scarf tied into hanging bow
It makes me 70s italian feeling. I remember watching Ornella Muti films
We have the exact same fashion sense 😂 earthy stylish oversize natural fabrics
I think you were thinking of the Victorian era for the blue coat. ❤️ Looks like what an older Samantha from An American Girl would wear.
it's 10:13pm here in the Phils. gotta watch this before snoozing! Love u hannah! 💚💚💚
Juma Lastimosa ako rin hehe
this video is so soothing and wholesome. i think it’s cool that u repurpose clothes i want to do that too 💕
You can also sew the slits on that pink top shut with little stitches!
You found some really great finds! They fit so well...Have fun Playing~
Lady Mary of Downtown Abby fame must have inspired that blue coat 1920s to 1930s style, along with the drop waist “flapper” style from same period.
You would love Australian fabrics we mostly wear linen, cotton, raw fabrics bamboo fabrics old school fabric it breaths super soft . Very earthy but country too well thats what my wardrobe is like. Don't cut the sleeves, you scored on your haul!! Great Job!!!
Make a top from the white night gown and cut the bottom put elastic in the skirt part. That’s what I do and it’s super cute with boots
Maybe with the rose gold shirt, cut the sleeves a little above the slit and the attach the cool cuffs to the capped sleeves so then it’s like a 1/4 sleeve shirt
i'm just living for the white top you're wearing
You have good taste material and color.Your an inspiration
So happy to wake up to this! 😊
Happy birthday Hannah you are very talented I hope that all goes well for you.
for some reason when you had the light blue coat on at the end, I thought man she'd make a good airline stewardess. I mean this in the best way possible. Maybe the classic lines they wear.
The suit with the white shirt was stunning ... youre adorable... I havent had that much fun in a thrift store before lol...
It would be fun to see you try and make one of those tank tops (like the first one you showed) into a dress
That trench coat is beautiful! It has such a unique cut!
I’m so jealous the thrift stores around you have finds like these! I’m lucky if I find one good item at the thrift stores around me 😭
