2010 KDK KU308 12" Wall Fan

Here is a 2010 KDK KU308 wall fan that's located in the pantry of my second house. It's been there ever since we moved in.
We bought it from a distant relative who used to open an electrical appliance store (which is now defunct sadly), and to my surprise it was one of the KDK fans that were still available at that time, considering how quickly they run out of stock! 30cm (12") wall fans are quite rare in Malaysia, perhaps that explains why we were able to obtain it at that time. Moreover, this is a 2010 model (I've checked its barcode before), so we got a leftover stock while we moved there in 2011! I find it to be a blessing in disguise since it still has the older Pana Corp label that was used on Malaysian market fans from the mid-2000s, which is something that I like more.
Due to it running 24/7, you can tell the bearings/bushings are quite worn. Hopefully someday I'll be able to take it down and work on it!
The KU308 came out in late 2008 for the 2009 model year, and it serves as a replacement for the KC30H MK2.

Pretty fast spin down! Must be using bushings. Normally ball bearings go noisy before they become stiffer, and i've seen one with noisy bushings on FB before.

That explains it! The bushings are starting to become worn out due to constant use.
