After hitting return to get those options they should have made the boxes accept mouse input so you could add values like a slider as well as typing them in. IMO

Nice update. The deleting node by right clicking isn't really a time saver. I really wish they would add a proper simplify nodes. Doing it a few at a time is not time efficient and is annoying. My first Illustrator had it and that was over 20 years ago. And there should be a spiral shape; creating segments each time or having to go to a free program like inkscape is just wrong. I used to use it all the time in AI. They always seem to add something that no one asked for and nothing we did want, just a bit useful but unnecessary.
Yes I agree with you - the affinity team should start adding features the community really asks for and the software would be even more powerful. A spiral shape would be awesome!
