Great info. I had to find this info out the hardway last year, and am now working on getting Diamond for the second year. One costly mistake I made was thinking the 5x/10x multipliers included hotel spend, which it doesn't. Only gambling tier credits count toward the multiplier. One thing I did this year was invite a lot of friends without the reward card to go on a trip with me, and ended up getting 500 tier credits per friend who signed up.
I was told that the multiplier was good on hotel as well so this is a surprise...thanks for the info. Also, many Caesars properties are having a 10x tier event at end of August.

I came because of your title - as you will see. Thank you for confirming that the DIAD bonus was paid on your base TC earnings of 1,250 instead of the multiplied 12,500. So you got a DIAD bonus of 1,000 instead of 10,000. There are more than a few people claiming you can get DIAD w/ 500 points during the coming 10x event (ie 500x10=5000TC + 10,000 DIAD bonus = 15,000TC.) If true this would be insane and everybody in Vegas, and elsewhere, would be Diamond! In actuality one could get DIAD earning 1,400 TC netting 14,000 + 1,000 for the 15K needed. Still not too bad!

Is there a list of restaurants for Caesars properties? I am looking for an affordable steak for about $50. I know you have to use the entire voucher for one purchase but I am looking for a listing of restaurants I can use with my voucher. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the great job!
Vegas and most other Ceasars properties are doing a 10x tier credit multiplier August 29-Sept 1 2023. Check with your local casino or the one you want to visit to confirm if they are doing the multiplier event, which exact days they are doing to multiplier and the casinos beginning and ending times for the event. if you play table games, be sure to check off the table 45-60 minutes before the end time of the last day. This gives the pit supervisor time to log you off the table and the computer system to update before the official end time. Vegas ends their event September 2 at 5:59 am.
@gerald605 quick question, lets say i started today as a new member with 0 tier credits, no hotel stay, and i get 500 tier credits within the 6am-6am daily, this will put me @ 10x my 500 tier credits which will turn into 5,000 and a 10k tier bonus adding up to 15k tier credits diamond in a day correct?
@@BOLTHEAD619 No. The tier multiplier bonus points do not count towards the "Diamond in a Day" bonus. Only the actual tier credits earned through gaming count towards the DIAD bonuses. If you wanted to try to get diamond without the credit card bonus points you would need to earn about 1400 tier credits during a 10x multiplier event. (1400 x 10 = 14000 plus addtl 1000 DIAD bonus points for earning 1000 pts in one day = 15000 tc)
Diamond only gets laurel lounge access by paying 1,000 reward credits to enter the few that are still open none in Vegas. and the 4 drinks a day in Vegas are now $25 value but only offered to diamond plus and above.
Your comments are correct. I will add that in South Lake Tahoe the 4 daily drink vouchers must be printed out at the rewards kiosk and its at a $10/drink value. Sadly, in Reno, the 4 daily drinks are only honored if you are at the DIAMOND ELITE level. Not sure why Diamond Plus wasn't honored

I earned diamond plus this march 2023 and was told it would last the rest of 2023 and all of 2024, regardless of how much more i gambled. I noticed my card says good til jan 2025. If you want to maintain diamond status beyond that you would still need earn 15,000 tier credits again during the 2024 earning period. Then it would be good for all of 2025...but with another 10x event you could reach it with about 1400 tier credits in one day (1400 tc x 10x = 14000 tc plus 1000 DIAD bonus equal 15000 tc and diamond status)
I just got the ceasars visa to get platinum but went to a 10x an made platinum on my own , I really want diamond. Less than 10 away. So the card hasn't arrived yet I intend in using for normal expenses and I'm going to biloxi harrahs mid December trying to get this done before the deadline any advice. I don't see a tier multiplier at harrahs but there's one more after work at scioto downs, 5x should i go !??
Im re-writing my reply after correcting some information i stated earlier. Your situation is unique and challenging because of the timing of your Caesars Visa. The tier earning period for Caesars is Jan1-Dec31 so any tier credits earned on your recent 10x trip will expire at the end of December. Since you haven't received your Visa card yet I don't think there is enough time to SPEND, have the bank go thru a 30 DAY STATEMENT PERIOD, and have them POST YOUR TIER CREDITS TO CAESARS ACCOUNT BY DEC 31. That being said, I think this situation works in your favor as long as you are willing to wait a little bit. If I were you, I would not activate or charge anything to the card until after the 1st of the year. Then I would begin charging on the card starting as soon as Jan 1 hits. You should receive tier credits for activating (2500 tc) and spending $1000 (2500 tc) inside of 90 days, then another 5000 tc once you charge $5000 on the card as long as its inside a calendar year. All of those tier credits will be on the 2024 earning period. There are some 10x tier multiplying events during the second week of January, as well as a regular 10x events in March. The best part is, once you establish Diamond in 2024, its good thru the end of 2024 and ALL OF 2025. So by waiting a about a month you can take full advantage of your status. Had you reached Diamond at the end of this year, it would be good for December 2023 and all of 2024. That would be only 13 months versus up to 23 months if you wait a bit. Does that make sense?

I play low volatility slots. Mostly at $1 denom and at $5 a pull. For you I'd say play a machine that you are comfortable with what ever that denomination is. You are still trying to stay profitable but at the same time you should be comfortable with paybacks that will allow you to churn out 100 credits at a time. Google list of low volatility slots and find one in list that you like and have had some luck with in the past. That should allow you to have fun while also climbing towards your tier credit goal. In the end you are still playing within your means so dont hesitate to stop if things arent going your way. Sometimes I have to remember that even if I lose some money I'm going to get it back in comped rooms. The fact is you will need to play $2500 through a slot machine to receive 500 tier credits. That's if you don't receive one single payout which of course is close to impossible. What you're looking to do is hit a few payouts to keep you treading at the very least. Hopefully you can hit something that will make you leave with a profit and reach your tier credit goal. Good luck and let me know how it goes

They don't mention the 2500 tc for activating and making any purchase in the ad but after I spent $1000 I had 5000 tc. I called and that's what they told me over the phone. If you think you could put $5000 thru the credit card within 3 months I'd say go for it. In Laughlin I played low volatility rated $1 slots at $5 a pull. I had some pretty good luck as well hitting a few $500 range jackpots. I played just under three hours with a meal during that time to get about 1000 tc. There are several Caesars casinos having the 10x tier promo at the end of August so check the websites. I know Reno Laughlin and Lake Tahoe are participating.
