MOODY Color Grade - Affinity Photo Tutorial

  • Let me walk you through what I do when I want to get a moody color grade look in Affinity Photo. I'll walk you through adding all the adjustment layers and dialing in your look. With this the more you do it the better you will get because a lot of this is just messing around with colors to get something you like. At least thats usually how I do it.     Decent vid. When you are adjusting the highlights in with the split tone layer, are you looking at the white bright spot in the background or the yellow in the flowers, or??? Just curious.

      A lot of the time when I'm adjusting it, you can see me move the sliders far to the right and left a few times to see how it's effecting the image as a whole, then I'll slowly dial it in after I've seen exactly what I'm effecting. Hope this answers your question!
