Hi, Joanne! Loved the leaf server! So different! What a great find. I think that brush is for stippling and stencils. I have seen some painters using them. Great brush. The bee light is cute too. Hugs to you and the fur babies! 🥰💜👍🌷🌷🌷
I would leave the "Oui Oui Oui" on the pig. It's a play on words from that nursery rhyme: "Wee wee wee all the way home." I do like that firefly wall sconce for tea lights - I think that's my fave.
Joanne, this was a wonderful haul....so many lovely things I can't pick a favorite. A suggestion for the finial...if you are unable to repair it, I would buy new finials for the lamp and sell the one bird finial on it's own. Someone is bound to have a single lamp that might be cheered up with a cute little bird finial. I did love the leaf server, very unique indeed. Of course I can't forget the Willow figurines, they are something I do enjoy collecting. Have a Blessed week. Hugs.
I am beginning to think the same thing about buying new finials, Margaret. I would love to be able to fix that bird one because I love it, but do I have the time and skill to do it (?). I hope you have a wonderful week. Hugs and love.
Like the folding leaf server but impractical for me. And fond of the macrame hangers. Pretty sand sculpting or layers of colorful gravel with some pothos or spider plants. Cool. You could try air dry clay on bird finial. Watch videos on how. It's ez. Then sand, seal, repaint, seal. You can do it Jo! Hugs!❤
Cute piggy. The wee,wee wee Is a French spelling. This kind of thing seems to be popular right now. My fav would be bird lamps and the leaf tray. I think it would be used on a tea table for-sandwiches, scones and a sweet treat. You can repair the bid and paint and it would be fine.
My favorite is the Pyrex dish. I was thinking maybe the Humble Bee is actually a Lightning Bug? The tea light makes up its light? The Hose was definitely a score!😊
Do you collect Hummels too Brian? My mom started collecting them when we lived in Germany in the 50s/early 60s because she could pick them up very inexpensively at the PX. Hugs.
Your haircut looks lovely! So many favorites, the three leaf tray, the bee candlelight, the lamps, etc. great thrift haul. Have a blessed week and stay safe. 🤗
That wood piece you are going to use for a riser is actually a plant stand, I have several of those in different sizes and I love them as risers too. I love the candle holder with the snuffer and that lamp is amazing.
❤ HI Joanne ! I think my favorite was the garden hose. 😊 I have one on front and back of my house. They sure do help with my arthritis in my hands. Much easier to put away. Great price!!
“Lamp Bird Finial.” Hubby repairs these ornaments all the time. Read instructions below to realise what you need; *Mix a small amount of “Builders Bog” (I don’t know what you call it in the US but it is a two part hard resin filler that builders use and it is very strong and hard.) *Use a ‘small’ amount of ‘strong’ glue on the broken edges. *Apply the Builders Bog and sculpt as best you can to your desired shape. *Rub some of the builders bog back over the broken edge. *Set aside to let harden and dry. *When dry finely sand to desired shape. *Undercoat first and let dry. You may need two coats of undercoat to achieve the correct smoothness. * paint in your desired colour preferably in a satin or eggshell surface paint rather than a full gloss it will look more authentic. Hubby finds this activity very therapeutic. All the items he has repaired you cannot detect the difference. I love the bird lamp, gorgeous. Good luck. Cheers from Australia ❤
The Asian wooden stand is meant to be solid side up - they’re usually paired with an Asian style vessel. The doll dresses are actually Terri Lee, and are vintage 1950s. The wire was probably meant to be a hoop skirt for the tangerine party dress. The lamp finial looks like it might be pottery, so using air dry clay might work to repair the tail and beak, and then paint both finials so they match. The lamps are gorgeous. My favorites are the Willow Trees and the books.
Hi Joanne. Such a fun haul with so many favorites🥰 The Hummels are so sweet; I have many, all thrifted, some damaged, but I love them still💜 Doll clothes☑️ The pig “oui, oui, oui” 😁😁😁heeheehee! The flower frogs🐸 Love your haircut!
So many favorites let's see where to start. Love the twine Owl with button eyes, the 3 large books, pair of lamps, the firefly or lightning bug wall sconce, the christmas tray and matching glasses & the fold up maple leaf tid bit tray.
Love the leaf 3 tier tray that closes. Also the vintage dill clothes. Use the fast drying clay on the birds and touch it up with paint. Cute birds. Love that pig just as it is.. nice haul take care, hugs all around to you and your crew.❤❤❤
SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM..THE BASKET..THE WILLO TREE..THE CANDLE HOLDER AND SNUFFER BUT I LOVE THE HUMMELS BEST MY CHILDREN GAVE MANY TO ME FROM GERMANY..THANK YOU FOR THE “VISIT”❤️
Hummels are so sweet. Sadly, they don't have any value anymore, but I don't collect them for their value but for the memories that they bring me. Hugs.
I really liked that leaf tiered tray. I would def get new finials. The lamps may sell as singles so could just put bird final on one with painters tape or something. I loved the oui, oui, oui pig........wee ,wee , wee.........I would put an easy to grow plant in it and put it in your yard. Too much work and money if you fixed the ear and painted it. Oh.......and I have seen people stencil with brushes like that one you purchased.
Hi Joanne. Hope all is well. I really like the silhouette s are so cute. I have a silhouette of me from when i was little. The macrame is cool. I love Hummels First Mate. One of my favorites. I love figurines. They are all so sweet. They are all one of my favorites. Another favorite is the Fall leaf server. Like the 3 little pottery baskets. So cute. Love the tulips Yellow is one of my favorite colors. Hope?all the fur babies are doing well. Would live to see Diesel again. Always a treat to see Lewis. The fabric is lovely and so are the vintage doll clothes. They are adorable. The Willow Tree Figurines are another favorite. They are so sweet. The bumble bee is so unique. Very interesting books. What great finds for sure. Another favorite are the those beautiful lamps. I love the birds. Not sure how to fix it. Do they sell any paint that would match? Maybe you could check and see. Like a metal paint or something. Ii really love the lamps though. I don't blame you i would take the more expensive Styrofoam ball back. You found some really amazing stuff. Thanks so much for sharing. Take care. God Bless
So cool to have your silhouette from when you were a child. What an amazing keepsake. I am thinking about simply replacing the finials. It would be much easier. I hope you have a great week. Hugs.
Hi JoAnn, great haul. I have a suggestion for repair of finials on the lamp,. Refer to Dee from The Thrill of The Thrift. She has done repairs using Polymer Clay. She is really good with repairs. Have a good evening.

Thanks for your thoughts on the brush. You may be right. Hugs from my crew.
The layered leaf serving tray😊
I would leave the "Oui Oui Oui" on the pig. It's a play on words from that nursery rhyme: "Wee wee wee all the way home." I do like that firefly wall sconce for tea lights - I think that's my fave.
I agree, that was the first thing I thought of when I saw that cute pig. And I would add a little flower hot glued to her ear.
The little pig is going to stay with the wording on him. Hugs.
I used to sell Longaberger. They called the fabric inserts liners, and the plastic inserts were called protectors.
Thanks so much. I have made a note of what they are called for the future. Hugs.

Owl was super cute. Hi Louis 😻
He has a real boho look to him. Louis sends hugs.
Amazing finds! I think the bird lamps are wonderful! 💓💓💓🤗🤗🤗
Thanks, Carol. Hugs.

I am going to leave the pig as he is and not remove the wording. Hugs.
My faves are the bee and the lamps 😃!
Great favorites. Hugs.
My favorites are the tablecloth and the Pearl Harbor book! You could sell that tablecloth in one of your booths..betcha.
Hopefully, I can get the stains out. I already have a project in mind for the fabric. Hugs.
I like the "Bumble Bee" Have a great day
Hi Joann, Ask Dee from The Thrill of the Thrift she repairs broken figurines and she does a great job.
You are right, she does do a great job with that. Hugs.
Love the lamps!
Like the bumble bee 🐝 and the lamp☺
Hi Joanne. Lots of good finds! My favorite was the large bee that holds a tea light! 🐝
He is going to look so cool all cleaned up with a tea light candle inside of him. Hugs.
My favorite would be the Hummels also.
I love my two new 'babies'. Hugs.
One of my favorites was that leaf serving tray i have never seen anything like that thought it was really cool.
That was the first time I had seen one like that too. Hugs.
Stage your acorns in the leaves❤
That would have looked great, but I am happy to say, that the tid-bit tray has already found a new home. Hugs
Hello Joanne! I enjoy your videos! The flower frog pairs with a Viking Glass Flowerlite. The larger hole in the middle holds a candle :)
Thanks, Vicki. So glad to hear that. Hugs.
Air dry clay can be easily molded to repair the bird. It can be painted when dry. Love the lamps!
I think that buying replacements will be the easier thing to do and quicker at this point, but you are right, I could try to mold a new one. Hugs.
Hi good morning like the rise rs and boy picture keep on shopping take care love Patricia curry Danville VA 🎉
I believe the brush was used for stenciling.
Yes, that could be. Thanks. Hugs.
I love the large candle holder all of your shopping was amazing loved it hi to you and all your little friends 🥣🐈🌿🐛🌻
Thanks and will do. My crew sends hugs.
Soft brush for cleaning fabric lamp shades
You could use it for that, but most folks are saying it is a brush used for stenciling. Hugs.
I would just fill in broken bird finial with a little dab of black paint or marker. You will never notice it.
For myself, that would be a great solution, but I want to try and resell these. Many folks were suggesting making a tail from clay. Hugs.
If you have some air dry clay im sure you can fix the bird that was broken...you're crafty!❤😊
You have a lot of faith in me. I am going to give it a try. Thanks. Hugs.
My favorite is the Terri Lee doll clothes, and Louis 😻
Louis sends hugs.
My favorite is the Pyrex dish. I was thinking maybe the Humble Bee is actually a Lightning Bug? The tea light makes up its light? The Hose was definitely a score!😊
Bumble not Humble!😂
Whatever he is, he is really cute. Hugs.
Love the three tier tray. So pretty and unique. Have a fantastic week Joanne.
Hugs to you and the critters. 😊❤❤

Do you collect Hummels too Brian? My mom started collecting them when we lived in Germany in the 50s/early 60s because she could pick them up very inexpensively at the PX. Hugs.
@@batthriftcrazy1959 my grandmother and mother each had 2 or 3...that's it...I think of YOU now when I see them...happy hunting!...B
Your haircut looks lovely! So many favorites, the three leaf tray, the bee candlelight, the lamps, etc. great thrift haul. Have a blessed week and stay safe. 🤗
Thank you so much, Sylvia. I hope you have a wonderful week. Hugs.
That wood piece you are going to use for a riser is actually a plant stand, I have several of those in different sizes and I love them as risers too. I love the candle holder with the snuffer and that lamp is amazing.
Thank you. So glad you enjoyed my finds. Hugs.
Your nails are always beautiful with polish on them!
Thank you so much, Carolyn. This is the first time I have had polish on them in a long time. Hugs.
My favorite is the big bee.
He is going to be so cute cleaned up with a tea light candle inside of him. Hugs.
❤ HI Joanne ! I think my favorite was the garden hose. 😊 I have one on front and back of my house. They sure do help with my arthritis in my hands. Much easier to put away. Great price!!
When I went to buy my other one at the garden center, I almost dropped over, but I really wanted it. I feel so lucky to have found this one. Hugs.
Those doll clothes look like they may fit The American Girl Doll 😉

Thanks so much for this. It sounds very rather involved. You husband sounds very resourceful and handy. Hugs.

The lamp finials are resin, but air dry clay might work. It's worth a try. They are pretty lamps. Hugs.
Asian base stands are usually of Rose Wood
Enjoyed your video! Liked your bird lamp!
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed it and thanks for sharing your favorite. Hugs.
Hi Joanne. Such a fun haul with so many favorites🥰 The Hummels are so sweet; I have many, all thrifted, some damaged, but I love them still💜 Doll clothes☑️

The flower frogs🐸 Love your haircut!
I just love my Hummels and was so happy to add those babies to my collection. Hugs.
I love the little Hummel figurines. They are so sweet. You will have to show us your collection sometime.
Once I get the area cleaned up that they are in, I can do that. Hugs.
I like the bee/firefly the lamps and the piggy.😍
Two great favorites. Hugs.
So many favorites let's see where to start. Love the twine Owl with button eyes, the 3 large books, pair of lamps, the firefly or lightning bug wall sconce, the christmas tray and matching glasses & the fold up maple leaf tid bit tray.
WOW! You had lots of favorites this time around. Hugs.
I think the brush could be used for chalk style paint or wax.
Yes, wax or chalk paint. Thanks. Hugs.
The brush looks like the type they use for stencils.
That is what someone else said too. Thanks. Hugs.
The Hummels are number 1 today,
For me too. Hugs.
Love the leaf 3 tier tray that closes. Also the vintage dill clothes. Use the fast drying clay on the birds and touch it up with paint. Cute birds. Love that pig just as it is.. nice haul take care, hugs all around to you and your crew.❤❤❤
So far, everyone says to leave the pig as is. Sooooo, I will leave him as is. But, he does need a bath LOL! Hugs from my crew.
Great haul Joanne! My favorite piece is the 3 tier leaf tray. I also love the bird lamps. I wonder if you could fix the bird with some air-dry clay. ❤
I am going to give the clay a try. Thanks. Hugs.
Macrame so good for 3 herbs! The acorns are Score! Love the maple tidbit tray, also.
You had some wonderful favorites. Hugs.

Hi Joanne. My favorites are the 1st 'riser' you showed, the one with the legs. The brush and the national geographic book. Take care.
I got lucky with the books. I think they are all great. The pictures are amazing. Hugs.
I think the brush is a stencil brush.
A bunch of other folks said that too. Thanks. Hugs.
Your videos are always fun. Stay Safe

My favorite is the macrame hanger . Could you fix the tail of bird with polymer clay? And then paint it to match the bird….
That is a good suggestion. I can give it a try. Thanks. Hugs.
Ne peins pas Le cochon! (Don’t paint the pig!) My favorite was the three leaf tidbit tray.
No worries, the pig is staying as is and has found a new home. Hugs.
Use clay to fix the bird finial. I have done that.
Thanks for the suggestion. Hugs.
The writing on the pig is pronounced wee wee wee remember three little piggies!
Thanks. I didn't realize that. Hugs.
Hi JoAnn, great haul. I have a suggestion for repair of finials on the lamp,. Refer to Dee from The Thrill of The Thrift. She has done repairs using Polymer Clay. She is really good with repairs. Have a good evening.
You are right, Dee is very good at repairing this kind of thing. Hugs.
Talk to dee over on thrill of the thrift she restores thing like that all the time ( on the lamp bird) I sure she can help u really nice lady
Stencil brush
Maybe the bee is a firefly
Isn't the body a little chunky for a firefly? Hugs.
I'm not sure the ink will work for stamps. You need permanent ink and an ink pad. Aren't the inks you bought for calligraphy?
Oh, are they? Shows you how much I know. I'll have to test them out and see. You are probably right. Darn. Hugs.
Maybe try fast drying clay
Thanks for the suggestion. Hugs.
Don’t paint the pig….,you pronounce it wee, wee, wee which is appropriate for a piggy…..it makes the little piggy
Pig is staying as is. And he has found a new home. Hugs.
Sent you an email
Got it and sent you a response. Thanks. Hugs.
