WOW THIS ESTATE SALE! This was just insane there was so much stuff in this one sale it was hard to really go through everything that we wanted to look at. It's getting cold here in Minnesota and it was pretty chilly out so unfortunately it was kinda hard to go through everything because there was so much & because it was chilly!

Dude, you ABSOLUTELY need to get that Do-All bandsaw - they are incredibly sought after and are awesome machines. You also need to get that old school camelback drill that is right next to it - again highly sought after and very cool to use, and still very functional. You might not know how good those are now, but trust me - you want those two items! If you don't buy both of those you'll be kicking yourself in the butt in a couple of years, seriously.
I know right! We are going back Sunday! To get some stuff so we will see 😬
It was cool, thanks for taking us along.
Thanks, for watching.
When I was 16, my parents bought a home where an older gentleman just packed his bags and left 40 years of accumulated items.
We contacted his children to come and get photos and such.
My sibs and I had so much fun going through the trunks in the attic.
Wow that’s awesome!
.....??? .....how did they park trucks in the attic ??
@@urbanurchin5930
"trunks" ....opps!
I didn't think the video was too long , I really enjoyed walking through time . ❤👣
Thank you!
Great guy sale! I always bring MORE money to these sales than I know I'll need. Strike while the irons hot.
Problem is we did not know about this sale so it popped up but we are going back to his house Wednesday to buy some stuff.
A lot of cool stuff. Makes you wonder why they packed and left
SAME!
New subscriber no need to be sorry for the long video I was glued to my screen waiting to see what you found next.
If I were there I would have gone broke buying up all the good deals.
It would have been like this ( I don't need it, don't know what I would do with it but for that price I can not leave it behind ) .
Thank you very much!
Nice , enjoyed watching the video.
Thanks for watching.
Wow! There were so many awesome things there! I would have been there all day! It’s sad that they just up and left though!!❤
It is sad!
I enjoyed watching you look at all of the stuff. I love exploring and shopping old places like that!
Glad you enjoyed
That is a Sears house. Pre fab in the early 1900s then shipped north on the railroad where they would be assembled. We own one!
That’s so crazy that sears used to do that!
Great video love these kind of sales keep them coming ❤
I'm in love with this place and the old, vintage stuff.
Same here!
Seems that lady is not realistic about her prices. NOBODY buys those meat grinders anymore or the sad irons.
Wrong! Id buy a new meat grinder if I could find one with attachments.
Wrong people do!
We have bought a grinder and sad irons!
People buy them but not at her prices unless it was a unique iron.
Great video. We didn’t find it too long. It was interesting to be with you and your family !
We loved auction sales, estate sales, garage sales, thrift stores.. when we were a young family.
It brought back great memories of fun times. My husband is /was a collector so he really enjoyed watching you go through the items and even talking to you when you passed up on things lol
Anyway, we’re subscribed so we’ll be following youse😄
Keep hunting 👍🏽
Thank you very much!
You have to start selling before your not able too twenty years and still selling my motorcycles 😂
If by chance you end up buying that Do All bandsaw, do not pick it up under the table. They are designed to be picked up by the overarm, as that is a strong point. Usually you will break the trunions that the table tilts on if, for instance you use a forklift under the table.
We did not buy it but he still has it so we may just have to & thanks for the tip!
That box with the small wrenches are expensive, the smaller the more money
Thanks for the tip 🙂
When you’re not an estate liquidator but you’re just the owner having a sale the worst thing to say is “I checked prices at the antique store”.
Awesome blog!!! I loved it! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Yay! Thank you!
Laying on the floor in the room with the brass doodads was a Champion Post Drill. Very desirable hand tool.
I will have to re check the footage so I can see what your talking about thank you.
What we really need is the back story to why they walked away. Cancer?, Divorce?, Mental Illness?, Won the Lottery?, Joined a Cult?.
It’s amazing anything of value is still on site to sale off this day in age!
PTO generator for $200 was a very good deal, seem to go for $1200 more or less around here. That cement mixer was cost effective back in the day but not anymore because per yard delivered concrete is only slightly more than getting gravel and bagged cement to make your own and no labor so scrap value on that.
We did go back for the PTO & got it for $150!
I love that people like watching long videos where they don't have to keep looking for other videos to watch
We will keep that in mind thanks!
Help clean up after the sale ..great deals can be made
We may try! Lol
When the stuff is free to them besides clean up.. her prices were high
Yah I watched it till the end great things the dresser drawer handles omg ❤❤hagd 😊
i enjoyed the tour as you did. that stuff was heavy duty! buy that bandsaw!
Thank you!
The last one of these I saw a guy offer 100 bucks for everything in the garage and they said yes. And it was filled with new old stock motorcycle parts.
.....and when he looked-up the Jewett timing gears - the internet said $350......and the guy said $20 !! .....plus the pile of gaskets .....WOW !
Back in their day, carpenters selected only boards that were going to last, such as cedar ( it’s smelly and light ) compared to the boards on all the walls which were light and strong. Very valuable…
The Corsair outboard motor was made by Scott Attwater Minneapolis Mn. 1948- 1956
I have one like it. 5 horsepower.
Great show keep up the amazing work be safe my friends God bless all
Thanks, you too!
This was great video thanks
Thank you for watching!
Wow !! I wouldn't know where to begin
Thanks for taking us along enjoyed seeing all of it and I wanted most of the stuff there! Would loved to had that pto gen and for sure that band saw ! Must have been a good size snake or good barn cats around for those old magazines to not be mice ate! Prolly a anaconda 🐍 that’s why the folks up and left!😂
We did go back for the PTO!
sad to watch. but happens to all of us get to old or die. and people come in and scavenge your stuff
Love this content New subscriber .
Thanks for subbing
The gray box looks like a dim bulb tester, and likely a military version. Cool place that would cost me a TON of money lol. Some great tools in there.
It was very interesting 🤔. I done the same thing once, after losing a loved one. I walked away from everything. To this day the only thing I miss is the loved one 💕. Thanks 👍 for sharing.
Thank you!
New Sub just now! No worries on the length of this video ! I sure would have been there for much longer if I'd have been there in person! Thanks bunches!! Peace to All.... 💜🩵💜
Thank you 🙂
I absolutely love sales like that. I spend hours/days going through stuff like that. So jealous . What state is that in? Crazy the previous owners just walked
We are in Minnesota.
Nice haul!!
Good hunting!
The old couple got a lottery ticket for 50 million so they when to live life and have fun before the end
You know that's what I was thinking too!
WOW that is something !!!
Thank you!
Cool video
The lady should go cheaper better that someone uses it instead of going to a landfill
Dental drills at least a 100 bucks for them . All the popular science are 20 to 30 each or more
All you need to do is a google image search on them and you'll find the exact model in the top ten results.
Amazing sale
Like to see more.
What a God of thought Dental drills
Wow...that's a lot to manage! Simple...pack a bag and done.
That’s a sale I would have spent my retirement there
Right!
Cant take it with you...
Wow what good things there I'm in Gotha fla
I would just fill my truck with everything. Especially metal . Then sort at home . I see this alot in Illinois
I am so sick watching this. The sellers lost so much money by not calling an auction company.
30:26 Look at those old BAY-LOO-GA train horns!
Just subscribe to you It's a good video But it seems Funny that people would just give up And walk away I don't know Good video though Have a good day
Subbed you..👍👍👍👍
Thank you.
We want mire’s love that farm!
HOW DO YOU FINDOUT ABOUT THESE AUCTIONS I WOULD LIKE TO GO TO ONE?
It wasn't long enough!
What did I miss out on?
What ap are you using to scan stuff and figure out Powhatan they are worth?
Google Lens.
Sheep shears were $150-200
We would of got them but we do already have a pair!
Wonder what kind of engine was in the cement mixer?
We will have to look as we went back and bought it!
Just pay the money, dont be so tight!!!
SHOW THE HOUSE PLEASE!!❤❤
Unfortunately, I did not get any footage inside :(
I wonder how many people just pocket stuff
Which was this in Hastings, MN for the estate sale if not then where???? Which it kind of reminds me of one of the farm houses that is next to the hospital in Hastings, MN
This was in Owatonna.
@@flippingthrifters thanks
I can't finish this. You just put all the best in a pile in vehicle then make a deal . And bargain with them.
So sad 😢
we like a longer video
I do too!
I would have filled the wheel barrow and then offered 20 bucks.
Big time.went from 70 to 50 and you still holding the cap gun.must be hill country
Expensive
Why not have an auction?
I think they just decided to have this sale last minute, I don't think they thought about an auction.
she made you some good deals, you are to hesitant about things Im out
I like how you obviously "have an idea", turn down her price and immediately say " I have no idea". I'd tell you to pound sand if I were the seller. I mean, I get it. It's hers to sell and therefore put a price on it, but you need to give her a counter offer or walk off. Don't say "I have no idea" after she give you a price.
Yeah I bet you all wish you had about $2,000 more huh and a trailer
YEP! Lol
i'm good i like junk
They may be in a nursing home
Im going to try to figure out some information about the old owners!
Not crazy or insane to sell their home and all that stuff . They're an older couple and cannot nor need to do what they once did. Maybe no children or if there were they didn't need or want this stuff. Bet they went to assisted living or some small home that was more manageable.
If you cant drop a grand, stay home
DUDE MAN YOU NICKEL AND DIME THAT GUY TOGETHER YOU ONLY SPENT $17 DOLLARS...... YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO START PUTTING MORE THAN $17 IN YOUR POCKET MAN
Did the people go into a nursing home
This just proves time and time again that people need to stop buying crap that they don’t need!!
i didnt see u pay for the outboard motor!
I thought I saw him give her $20 about 11:20
@@brendamaun5455....You are correct.....he DID give her $20 for it......
If you believe a person would jump up and leave a farm with everything they own you need mental help 😢
Numerous reasons. He became ill. They needed the $ for med bills. There's always a reason.
I noticed when you post a picture in the corner showing a price. This seems to be a price that you’re asking and not actually what it’s sold for on eBay that would help a lot of people out on here if you show the actual sold price not what you’re asking just saying I watch a lot of pickers on here and that’s a lot of what they do. The only thing is I noticed in this video that you overlooked that I definitely would’ve picked up, other parts of it seems like you could see what was in the box just an observation. I’m a pick and I don’t post my videos.
You just get it a for ten . Your waisting time just get it all . And put in truck ? Your missing everything
This guy doesn’t know how to negotiate…an no knowledge on values… the brass was a given?
that jowett grill frame look like it could be from a jupiter
If you don't know what it is, you don't need it.
junk
Very unsatisfying video. You are looking at a bunch of equipment you know nothing bout and the owners are quoting you retail antique store prices.
We going to offer to clean and hall it off for nothing or weoffer cleanup hall it off hundred bucks done deal
Maybe they won the lottery
