- Headed down east to heko a goof friend out with a project tractor that has been sitting a while. Really enjoyed the change of pace, and got to use the service truck for it's original intention. I wish I could have found one of these earlier in the year, but man yiu just can't beat an IH. #International #farmall #140 #red

Some people just don’t have the aptitude for mechanics even though they try hard. You’ve got great intuition Nelson. Nice job getting that tractor running. Sounds pretty good!
Awesome to help a friend.

Nelson’s Mobile Tractor Reapair! I bought a roll of Emory cloth at our local Car Quest. I think Dad bought some at Harbor Freight.
If only I could make a side hustle out of it 🤣🤣🤣 Really, I am going to have ti check harbor freight. I don't have any good "oldstyle" carquear or parts houses anymore....its all 2wd or 4wd Emory what they would say 🤦🏼🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Russ for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲
Very cool old tractor, you said it, bullet proof, great job
Thank ,I was surprised myself at how well it came to life!! That they are!! Thank for the kind words, they say a blind squirrel gets a nut once in a while. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you as well for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 👍🏻👍🏻😁😁🇺🇲🇺🇲
Mission accomplished!!! 👍😎
Finally something went my way!! Thank-you Ed!! 😁😁👌🏻👌🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲👍🏻
I'm glad you mentioned tte Super C.
I saw one with a mounted cultivator in eastern Wisconsin.
That 140 has a nice sound.
Thank you Nelson.
Thank you Mr Bryce, I can't wait to get.thr cultivators on and my side dressers! That little 140 ran like a sewing machine, couldn't believe I got that lucky!! Thank you my friend for always being, I really appreciate!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Good job once again, Nelson. That tractor sounds great!
Thank you very much Mr Charlie, I did get lucky!! They say a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in a while 😁👌🏻 Thank you my friend for the kind words and always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲👌🏻👌🏻
That thing sounds like a champ. Great job. Be safe and get some rest
Thank you Mr Steve, I was really tickled it fired up and is running well!! Thank you sor, I hope you are as well and I really appreciate you always being here!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Running like a sewing machine. And it's a cultivision!!! I always thought that was the coolest thing because they put the peddles and everything over there. On the W series you were offset but everything else was pretty much centered. I'm surprised it didn't magicaly follow you home 😂😂😂
I may end up wishing I had gone with culti-vision in the end, but we are gonna give it all we have🤣🤣🤣 It was the most go too tractor by in the tobacco days!! Well.....that one didn't, but there may be another addition to the Arsenal🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Tim for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲
@Pennies_on_the_dollar aww you won't have a problem seeing the rows on your B, you'll just be leaning over all day. Do your side stretches that morning is all 😆. Most of my time in the tractors is spent leaning one way or the other watching rows lol. Still better than looking back all the time.
@TimothyFluegel I still feel the 38" rows will be my best friend for that exact reason, boy I can sure destroy some corn....don't ask me how I know that lately 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼
@Pennies_on_the_dollar 😆 I can't say a thing you've seen my videos of 20 to 30ft passes that I messed up with the 8 row 🤦♂️ I know guys that manage to fall asleep when cultivating I've seen ½mile passes completely ripped out by a 12 row, that's usually a dairy farmer problem though lol.
@TimothyFluegel Oh boy....I couldn't even imagine trying to keep all that straight 🤦🏼🤦🏼 I so know a bushhog has no self control with corn stalks 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Full watch Nelson!
Thank you very much sir, I really appreciate that and you always being here!! 😁😁👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Evening Nelson.. looks like i need to get a new phone and watch, they both say it's Thursday, July 31🤔🤣😂🤣😂
Good evening Ed, oh my....what did I do with my dates 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤣🤣 Thank you sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻
Wow I got here early. 👍😁
You sure did!! Thank you Mr Will!! 😁😁
Nice work, Nelson! When I saw the title I thought you bought another tractor already LOL. That engine sounds sweet. On my friend's Super H, he had somebody rebuild the carburetor and get it running, and one day it overflowed and quit on him. I took it apart and for some reason the floats were too close together and they got stuck against the inside of the float bowl. I think it was an aftermarket float not original, but I'm not sure. I can't wait to hear your C purring like that! Thanks for sharing, Nelson!
Thank you, Evan!! Well.....🤦🏼 I might have anyway, not this one , but ...😉 I couldn't get over how well that thing purred!! I have too heard horror story's about the floats and aftermarket parts. I was SO lucky not to need hard parts for it!! You and me both Evan, I am VERY excited 😁😁 Thank-you my friend for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Hope you have a great weekend !! 😁😁🇺🇲🇺🇲👌🏻👌🏻
@@Pennies_on_the_dollar You can never have too many tractors, no matter what the wife says LOL

@BobSurunkle Ahhhh, I see!! Heck yeah!! That is awesome, I need to check into it further!! Thank you very much sir!!! 😁😁
Those little 4 cyclender IH engines do purr nice. Almost bullet proof to. I thought I seen a resistor on the back of the alternator. So was the point and coil 6 or 12 volts? Good job getting it back running. They are handy little tractors.
They sure are Mr Monty!! It ran so good!! Very good eye, yes sir you were correct, I am not a huge fan of those but with the 12v conversion its a must...don't ask how I know from back in the day 🤣🤣🤣 I do feel as though with the 12 volt battery it spins the distributor fast enough to make up for the lower fire rates. I had almost forgotten about that until I saw the fire in my spark tester (after I got it plugged in completely) , then it hit me. Thank you my friend for always being here I really appreciate that!! Hope things are going well your way sir!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲
Sounds good- nice work!!
Thank you very much Mr Chris, and for always being here!! I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲
