Not sure how come.. but that is the case. Only the penthouses have air conditioning. It was built this way.

It's nice, especially the rooftop terrace, but for that money I think I'd want west facing. I'd want to see unobstructed views of Stanley Park and the bridge. Condo fees and property tax combined are over $4200/mth here, this is the main reason I wouldn't live in a highrise. It's the stuff of multi-millionaires. Thanks for the video, it's always fun to see how the other half lives.
