I basically don't care about how much damage she get after level up her rank, but cmon, why they do lock all her badass move in to rank, why just don't give those with an average damage is fine honestly the move that both whale and f2p will be happy after all
Like i said..yes and no? Around S+ she does get shatter dragon the uppercut does hit like a truck AND it debuffs enemies to take more lightning damage so its a win win

Yeah shes still incredibly solid its just shes more of a grounded character than everybody other than that shes alright
