      Sure you can Bob is the comedic one of the two but both are equally important on their own. Brad is worth following for our health sake with or without Brad and visa versa. I will continue to follow the videos regardless of hosts. Prayers for them both. They both encourages my daughter to follow her dream and become a successful PT. Thank you fellas prayers and stay encouraged when one door closes. The other one opens.

      @@pattystordahl3754 Not a very nice remark. Your attempt at ruining the sentiment is rude. Just saying. We are saying how much we love them together. Their interaction with one another is gold. But you know that.

    I’m saddened to hear of Bob’s Ataxia diagnosis. I’m sure he’ll be able to find a treatment for his symptoms with the extensive network of colleagues & doctors. I can’t thank you both enough for the simple Statue of Liberty and chicken wing stretch - it eased my impingement in THREE days after a year in massage therapy and physical therapy. There is such valuable & preventative information on so many different issues on your channel - thank you SO MUCH!

    Thank you for explaining that the reason my shoulder is don’t go all the way back is my muscles are tight in front. I didn’t know that. I thought there was something wrong with my upper back that it wasn’t pulling back enough

    • @JustBreathewithRachelGreene
      @JustBreathewithRachelGreene 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Think of it as: you trying to pull your shoulders back with your upper back while your chest is tight is like squatting in tight jeans.😂 I like to lie on my back with my arms in a goal post/ cactus shape and relax into the stretch each day. It reverses the affects of daily tasks. Good luck, Judy!

    Hi Bob and Brad. Hey, I bought those fashionable sandles (w/heavy stiff souls, I couldn't resist. They were $5. But, after 4 weeks, I started walking so I was shifting my weight from side to side like a rocking motion. There's nothing wrong with my nerves. I just have to wear flexible shoes again. It sort of scared me because I've seen people walk like that.

    Hi Bob and Brad. I'd like to issue a complaint for making the most annoyingly catchy intro tune on TH-cam, possibly the whole internet. I have a sprained ankle, so I've been watching a lot of your videos lately, and I was going around the house singing "Bob and Brad...!" the entire last night. Thanks a lot you guys!!
    Best wishes to you both and especially to Bob, since his diagnosis!

  • @caseyguers7199

    I disagree with the upper back test. A thoracic spine in extension makes it much harder to breathe; it makes it impossible to rotate fully; and (from personal experience) leads to a lot of pain, especially hip pain! Loosening up the middle section of the spine and getting blood into those discs helped me golf again, play basketball again, run jump roll around, and much more. Lastly, the driving mechanism of walking should be rotating the thoracic spine, leading to effortless movement and practically zero damaging stress on the joints.
    Love u guys tho! ❣️

    CAN People that Are Double Jointed HAVE BACK Problems??😒😒

    • @anyascelticcreations
      @anyascelticcreations 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. Though technically "double jointed" is not a real thing. But if you mean extremely hypermobil, yes. It's common for people who are hypermobil to have back problems. Look up EDS online. It's a condition that includes extreme hypermobility and what some people refer to as being "double jointed".
