Dr Mary Matilda shares the 2 techniques she has learnt from the noted writer, Santhosh Nair's experiences in life. In his Book, ‘Eleven Commandments of Life Maximization’ he shares the techniques on how to change your life and keep you motivated. In this motivational video, Dr Mary Matilda gives various ways to practise these amazing techniques in Life.
1.Declare an expiry date :
Certain methods that we follow at present in life, might be yielding us good results. However, we tend to become complacent and do not look for ways to improve upon them. But if you like to have better returns in your life, you have to declare a date on which you will expire your current ways in order to rise up to the next level.
2.Possibility Thinking :
It is not only enough to be a Positive Thinker. Santhosh Nair urges his readers to become Possibility Thinkers. This technique encourages you to practise the theory of ‘No constraints’.
You can also refer to the Book by the author to learn more about the other techniques to maximize and transform your Life.
