As a Foxhole player, I will say the fact that the city in question is one of the most well fortified on the map, and the armored train had to go *through* enemy held territory and had its own escort of outriders and scouts is part of what makes this operation magical to me. It's not just a spur of the moment, goofy op that happened to work, but one that clearly took a lot of planning and was super risky!
You guys got lucky, because as far as I can tell from the vid, nobody got captured and got brought to the warden medical tents to be erm..."converted" if that is the word.
What happened after that? Did the city hold? Did the front get pushed back? The town was 100% destroyed? and most importantly: did this supply train have an effect?
The supply train definently had an effect in the sense that yes, supplies that delivered but also a big morale boost for the people still fighting. But we could hold out for only so long and all other fronts were losing so it eventually was taken over.
Look, i don't play foxhole, but how much resources were taken from other fronts? I just won't believe that you was able to make a such gigantic rolling stock purely on resources of your front (i mean overall region, ik theres is "single" front and logi complicated)
"I don't play foxhole" Then don't tell other people how to play the game especially because you don't understand how logistics works. and no they didn't "take form other fronts" you can easily get a train worth of supply as a regiment without "stealing"
I bet Foxhole is the only game where a armored train can resupply a city
HoI4 kinda fits... _kinda_
Yes
Depending on demand and size of train, factorio

It's always the rare and unique operations that create the most memorable moments in foxhole

This is amazing.
As I was watching I was wondering why you guys didn’t put an armored cars in-front of your locomotives
Sadly thats not possible, trains would otherwise play a bigger role in foxhole frontlines.
I see...
what if you ran the train backwards then?
@@ThebarestGuy1
@@Baldwin5091 We got 2 locomotives on each side of the column one to go forwards and one to go back. In case one gets destroyed and for speed
