Hi, I was looking for a guided meditation to take a nap and I found one of your videos and after the nap I was so motivated, I did workout and draw and now before sleeping I watched your video on how to meditate and what are the benefits, usually I feel like I live in a fast paced life, I’m overthink everything, I don’t think I have adhd but i may have attention troubles and it really annoys me. But you are so charming and kind that I kept watching your videos and being focused on it, the guided meditation video made me fall asleep a lot faster than I’m used to, I was so focused on your instruction that I pictured air entering in my lungs as a white smoke and found now on your how to meditate video that picturing simple thing helps meditating, I will try it back now and tomorrow with instruction because I don’t feel like I can do it alone for the moment lol. I love you and your videos
