Very insightful chat, thank you! Looking back, Jenny and Stefania, day after day, year after year, performed a sound, thorough and basically awesome antwork allowing the world to know much better about bokashi (which means fermented organic matter in Japanese).
The bokashi composting technique is the easiest one could possibly imagine. Anyone can do it, and hence contribute to a key movement, with very positive impacts on the soil, on plants, on our plate, and on our health. Be the change you want to see in the world, making it a better place.
NB: Those who know the bokashi ecosystem will have noticed Stefania talks about EMs (effective micro-organisms) and not "yams" as wrongfully written by the video's automatic transcription.
