    I've been watching several videos on SikhNet & I've found them to be very enlightening. Even though I'm a 7th Day Adventist I do Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. & my feeling is who are we to judge other people because of what they believe? Thanks again for the enlightening videos!

    Alcohol does not cause anger, aggression or make you lose yourself. As a matter of fact, you can become more relaxed, and become more truthful about yourself. It can be used as a truth serum. On the other hand, many people can become extremely angry and aggressive without alcohol. look at the Islamic world, they don't drink alcohol
    You're also wrong about tobacco. Please provide reference where your Guru told you about that one way ticket to Hell
