    Hi, Tony awesome comparison! TNX!!! 👍👌🏻 I believe you have to make a first consideration by start measuring wich is the best Server Location by each VPS provider. For example I run a speed test in Digital Ocean and what it really surprise to me that a very far region from my Geo location wins!!! So maybe Linode was the best because the server location you chose was ultra fast than the others regions in the same Linode service!

    • @TonyTeachesTech
      @TonyTeachesTech  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great point. I pretty much just randomly chose a handful of locations. Speed testing ALL of the common location between the 3 hosts would be the ultimate test.

      Without seeing your website, you'll definitely be fine with a 1 core, 2gb plan and can probably get away with a plan below that too. I doubt you'll need more than 50gb storage. 50k visitors per month equates to approximately 1 visitor/minute assuming your seeing consistent traffic (which is probably not the case and there are probably peak times where multiple visitors are on your sure). You can always upgrade to a dual core plan which is really easy to do with Linode.

      @@andronikussimarmata3672 Wow, this is very useful. I did some similar benchmarking recently with Vultr Compute vs High Frequency on my blog tonyteaches.tech/vultr-cloud-compute-vs-high-frequency-vps/. Looks like you're using a Vultr High Frequency node ($6/mo) in your test based on the processor speed.
      Someone else asked me a question specifically about stability (which I interpret as uptime) and I was looking for information on that.

      No, but if you sign up for any of these plans by clicking my affiliate link in the description of the video and spend a certain amount of money, I earn a commission or account credit.

      Hi Taylor. I filmed this video in Bali a few days after crashing my motorbike. So yes, you could say that I probably should have been resting instead
