A cordial greeting, where I can obtain information on the frequency with which consumables or parts should be replaced either from the injection port, column or detector

Hello Jonhe. In Real Time Analysis window, you have the info on the Injection Port consumables shown in the panel to the right. However, the frequency of replacement of injection port parts and the column strongly depends on the analyses you perform on your system. Generally, if you inject 'clean' solutions (like if you're analyzing ethanol for methanol and other impurities content), you don't change liner and column too often (some analysts don't change liners for a year and until serious peak deterioration occurs, while the column would require only trimming throughout 2-3 years, then replace column). But if you're analyzing samples with high matrix load (such as QuEChERS extracts for pesticides), then you have to often replace liners, columns, and even syringe. But it all strongly depends on matrices you inject. In any case, it is a good practice to replace septum regularly as puncturing with a needle worsens sealing. If it comes to the detector, the maintenance varies for specific types of detectors. Generally field service engineers would manage maintenance and cleaning of detectors, although some actions may be performed by the laboratory staff -- it depends on the specific detector and level of the problem.
