I think the best will be to stop people from keeping the kob. Or at least increase the min length. I still see allot of people keeping obvious under size kob or any species with min length limits. Most of these culprits are people not fishing for food but so called recreational fishermen. If you fish to stock your fridge, keep in mind that meat is far less expensive... ajd you are destroying the sport for generations to come...
