i am working on standing up a 15ft wide 2 ton gantry by myself and was trying the same way you did, and was hoping you came up with a better plan after is started swaying from lifting in the center. but thank you for verifying that the way i was going was not a good idea.

Then thanks followed by all the time. That's dangerous. Best thing is good, but you 2 h*** out about 2 foot by tooth foot about 3 foot deep. Get your boats ready. Pour polar concrete, put them boats and there and put your lips diagram on it and make sure they're all right, let's sit overnight. I'd later set for 2 or 3 nights.Then I'd get my body over that
