Hi, Thanks so much for watching 😊 I just remembered I missed out 2 last things we spent money on. We did go to see one show it was £9 each with a (not very nice) cocktail, but the show really was worth every penny. And we also got one drink from Rob the Robert as our daughter really wanted one on her birthday, it was £10 but you do get to keep the cup, but again these things aren't essential if you can't afford them 😊
Thanks Jodi. That was really insightful and shows what a resourceful and sensible family you are. I’m pleased to see you splashed out on the photo package because you all looked amazing!😊
Thank you so much for your lovely message, we were very pleased we got the photo package too. And I'm so glad to hear you found this video insightful, I was hoping it would be helpful, so it's great to have that feedback. Thank you 😊
Thanks for sharing Jodi. We share your ethos completely so really enjoyed hearing how you save money to enjoy holidays too. Well done and good luck with your channel.
My wife and I just spent a 😢 week on Euribia, which is like Virtuosa. It was rammed full of people and the crew couldn't cope, some were really grumpy. Can you believe the huge buffet, The Market Place was closed at tea time!! Yes incredibly most of it was closed off between 4:30-6:30pm just when hundreds of families wanted to eat, before little children needed bed. Our tiny cabin was above the Karaoke club and the music shook the furniture until midnight each day 😮. We don't buy drinks packages or extras but were shocked that even to watch a film in the cabin was 9 Euros ! On Princess and P&O it's free. The passengers were friendly so we chatted to many but often they began with grumbling! Cutlery not clean, bars closed in the evening, no cinema, costs for every activity, bland food, slow service etc. We met Germans who had embarked in Hamburg and wanted to see Guernsey and Falmouth... We stopped at neither 😢. I've said enough but I hope it warns people.
Oh dear, doesn't sound like a good experience on Euribia. When we were on the virtuosa the buffet never closed, even between the breakfast and lunch change over it was still open for food. I wouldn't have been happy if it closed at that time in the evening either. Shame those things ruined your hoilday 🙁
I am going to go with my children for my daughter’s 19th birthday . I went for my birthday. So I figured celebrating my daughters would be awesome. I’m getting a cake and I’m not getting a drink package either. I’m ordering wine bottles for my room and I will bring one down for dinner. I don’t really need to drink that much so I should be fine . I really appreciate your details on everything I’m probably gonna add laundry service and a picture package . I also will be the only one having wifi to call my husband. We are going for an 10 day Caribbean Cruise.
Aww wow that sounds absolutely amazing, I've never been to the Caribbean and definitely on my to do list. And what a way to celebrate your daughters birthday, she's going to love it 😊 Sounds like you've got everything planned out well, I'm glad this video helped 😊 Hope you all have a fantastic cruise and your daughter enjoys her birthday 😃🛳 🌴
Great video! I am going on my first MSC cruise next month. We are not getting a drink package either. In the main dining room will they serve you water, tea and coffee for free?
Thank you so much 😊 and yes absolutely, you don't even need to ask them, they will be there pouring water as soon as you sit down, and asking you if you want tea or coffee, we felt like royalty In the main dinning room, a very different experience then the buffet lol. I hope you have a fantastic time 😃
Yes definitely, you should always check the local regulations for the port that your in. Lucky for us there didn't seem to be any rules in place to say we couldn't take it off but more concern with things being took on to the ship. But your right you should always check. Thank you

Be careful about advising people to take food off the ship - many countries do not allow this, and if you are caught there are $$$ fines.
