To help with mosquitoes when outside, they have spearmint and eucalyptus lotion at bath and body works. it may not smell the best, but you and your husband wont be eaten up by the mosquitoes that bad when outside. And your new house looks really good. congrats!
2:15 lol the struggle of diaper changes at this age, I totally get you. try giving her something to distract her, some people suggest an electric toothbrush 😜 I just give my boy anything on hand and keep switching it up

you can't cut trees down like just because you want to - you have to get permits from the city and like permission. Only if they are diseased you can cut them down. Not trying to spread hate at all - but I work for a home builder and the city has to clear every tree to be approved to come down. you could get fined a lot of money that way. Also agree with the comment for privacy
