I miss the track sounds from the 70's and 80's. Hard to describe in words but it went something like this. (loud) Tatak, tatak.........(pause).....(fading)tatak, tatak. Bet you tried to make that sound in your head😂😂 Now it's more like tak tak tak tak tak tak. 🤣 Hope that made sense but the older folk would know what I'm talking about, the older track sound was more rythmic.

Thank you sir.for another quality recording. I have a request for a future video - soundscapes of stopped trains. When the train is stopped at a passing loop, the background landscape sounds, before the whistling of the passing train and the thundering noise as the loco passes. Or the vendors and the platform sounds when stopped at a station.
These are fond memories of Indian rail travel and most TH-cam videos are about the locos or the sounds of moving trains, But Indian rail travel is about so much more!!

Aap Assam aye aur apse mil v nahin paye, apne train ki timing ki information v diye the, lekin raat 8 baje se night duty hone k karan apse mil v nahin paye, bohat dukh hua.
9:40 to 9:50 in the video...the flat wheel sound is gone suddenly i.e. very satisfying otherwise this flat wheel noise of lhb is irritating...

If Railways could provide recycle bins in each compartment and encourage passengers to drop the trash, the country side would be more beautiful and less damaging to the environment

In nearest future all trains of CR will first go to Gujrat via Western Rly & then from Gujrat they will be diverted to their destinations . Because Olny Gujrat & only Western Rly will remain in the country. For this there will be 15 pairs of Rly lines from mumbai to Gujrat. & each station in Gujrat will have 50 platforms.
