    Thanks for the breakdown, it's kind of crazy to see myself on one of these videos because you guys were the first pitching channel I started watching in 2020 when I was throwing upper 70s at 160lbs. You guys are part of the reason behind my progress over the last 2 years.

    Thank you for letting his pitching motion play through a couple of times before you began your analysis. It bothers me when people break down mechanics without letting you see the full motion first, and immediately going frame-by-frame from the set position.

    What video software do you use for video breakdowns? Drawing the lines in the videos, side by side comparison, etc..

    Does height affect the arm path you should have? For example there’s a 5’8 pitcher would a longer arm path do better or a shorter one?
