I enjoyed this guided meditation. I'm not sure this is Yoga Nidra though. Definitely not the traditional type of yoga Nidra. Helpfull guided relaxation in any case.
@@carenhopethe (traditional or classical) Yoga Nidra I know involves a.o. a Sankalpa at the beginning and end of the core of the meditation. Also between the sankalpa's the body is absolutely still. This meditation appears to be a progressive relaxation type. Could you indicate which parts that set yoga Nidra aside from other meditations are part of this meditation?
