FINALLY FIRST UPDATE OF MY TANK | (Main) Shrimp Tank #3

Here is 3 weeks progress of this tank. Growth on the first week is insane, especially the new growth from the emersed stem plants. I made a mistake of not dosing fertilizer properly in the first week, so 2nd week has little to no growth at all. It's all recovering now.
I added the shrimps!! I found these wild looking neocaridina (cherry shrimp) that doesn't have boring solid colors like red/blue/yellow/etc. It's transparent with patterns.
