Had my machine (KRUPS Dolce Gusto Mini Me Automatic) is over 7y+ we are in a soft water area so I have only descaled it 3 times "just in case" I took the plate off and it was clean, however the other day. We returned to the house after a 2 week break and I did my usual flush before using the machine, there was a lot of mess in the cup, for the first time ever. I am not sure where that mess came from, one thought was a spider was hiding ;-))

Thanks for sharing. I have an older Dolce Gusto but was curious about the newer machines like this. Question though, are the pumps the same in each Dolce Gusto? I have a Krups Melody 3 and a De'Longhi Jovio
Hi. Is the diffuser clicking into place? If not then you have bended the retainer clip of the diffuser and it is not making a perfect seal anymore, water coming beside it.
Didn't need to dismantle the thing in the end, but your vid showed me where the cleaning pin was! Fixed.

If your water is soft you may be okay. I have hard water so always use a Brita filter on the water for my machine.
tnks, but how to separate the boiler from the base on that model? I try everything but it seems imposible

Yes. All coffee machines use the same pumps

I have the same dolce gusto machine and its leaking water i tried changing the diffuser plate but its still leaking and the diffuser always comes off
