As some people have pointed out, the baby pic I reacted to was uploaded by me on IG a while ago. A bunch of pics were posted on the subreddit that I never uploaded and I thought this was part of that batch and I forgot I posted this one. What I said about that topic still stands but I would just like to rectify a mistake on my part regarding that specific picture.

I feel really bad for Seán, he literally has to address the fact that he is not comfortable with people posting pictures of him as a baby, just because people wouldn't actually stop if he didn't mention it. Just because he's a well known and influential youtuber, doesn't mean that you're allowed to dig so deep into his private life. It's not normal. It's really creepy.

It freaks me out knowing that people are that into Sean that they're looking up baby photos of him. I think the ones he's shown are cute, don't get me wrong. Baby septiceye is adorable and the pictures are hella wholesome but like...he's still a human being. Hes still got a life and things he doesn't want us to know about. Hes still a human being no matter how many times he tries to convince us that he's Connor from Cyberlife.

What I actually mean is there are people who are obsessive and when they see someone as this perfect person they will almost worship them in a really invasive way, when in reality these obsessive people can't seperate a normal human being from this perfect ideal they see of a person.

People forget that famous people are still human and even though so many people know so much about them it's still kind of weird for them to dig around for really old photos. I actually just got angry because it's not like it's hard to understand that something like that is uncomfortable. Those old pictures are really creepy and have no relevance to the channel. I agree with Sean. Also, why is it so hard for anyone to have an original comment?! It's like a reenactment of the episode in the comments because everyone is starving for attention and have no clue how to get it for themselves. So much of it is so awkward and reminiscent of "asterisks" or role play. TBH it's not that bad and could be tolerable, except, there are hundreds of iterations of the same comment over and over again, as if people are so unoriginal and desperate, with the social skills of a crayon that they have to copy others. It's a kid thing and it's super cringe and they don't realize how much they embarrass themselves. You may think I am too harsh or that we, nor I, should not judge but here's the thing, it's integral to life, so grow up. Everyone judges, and everyone gets judged. You tell a kid they are acting cringe and they instantly hate themselves, because they don't know how to handle being shit on and that's a problem because it holds them back. Edit: some of you in the reply section think that it is okay to upload the old photos since they are technically “out there” but it still isn’t right. That’s like a complete stranger hopping onto your mother’s Facebook account, taking a photo when you were 3, and then randomly DM’ing you that photo with no context, just that photo of you as a little kid. The image may not be private anymore, _but it is still never okay for someone’s old photos to be uploaded onto the web without their knowledge or consent._
He just doesn't want it to happen again is all. Things like that would make anyone uncomfortable. If you're not doing anything wrong, you're not being spoken to :) and he knows the majority of fans aren't like that.
But I can see how you would think it felt like a father being upset/disappointed with his kids. Whenever any adult has a serious tone, I get nervous and feel guilty _even_ if I haven't done anything.

I feel so bad every time I hear about leaked photos of popular people. I feel like we sometimes forget that we're all still people. It doesn't matter how popular you are, every one of us are just trying to live our best lives and stuff like that could really creep someone out or damage their self confidence.
