Respect to you for this. I'm slightly obsessive about keeping up with my top 10 Shonen list, and my picks definitely run some people the wrong way. You know what you like and you recognize that these lists are subjective.
Your top 3 is in my top 10 anime/manga of all time so honestly I like this list lmao. Not a big JJK guy though for some reason even though I love Bleach, but I think there’s still parts of it that I do get hyped for. A friend of mine has been telling me to get on Noragami tho so I really might have to check it out. I love pretty much everything else on the list except I haven’t checked out Magi yet either. One manga that I’ve seen a lot of people bring up and would definitely be on my top 10 shonen is Sakamoto Days. I’m reading the volumes as they come out in English so I’m behind, and I don’t even think the story is necessarily anything revolutionary, but it just exudes so much personality and I fly through every volume as soon as I get them. Genuinely some of the coolest stuff you will find in manga and the characters are great too. The paneling is also something I’ve only seen rivaled by Inoue with Slam Dunk
Great list. My top 10 shounen: 1) Bleach 2) D Gray Man 3)Rurouni Kenshin 4) Noragami 5) Nisekoi 6) Chainsaw Man 7) Slam Dunk 8) Attack on Titan 9) Hells Paradise 10) Toradora/Blue Box
I like the variety on your list a lot. Although Seeing Nisekoi on here did make me laugh, it’s the only manga I’ve ever given a 1/10. I think it might have the ending I hate the most.
Editor of bleach is the one. Fullbring arc is my favorite arc. Soul society is good. But fullbring is kubo flexed and said "look,i can write thriller, wars, battle and charactors and a battle system that is complex while being simple " what ua gonna do!
I’ve seen the anime for HxH and FMA but I only included the manga I’ve read, that’s the only reason they aren’t on the list tbh. I’ve only read some of D. Gray-Man

I need to pick up Slam Dunk again, I dropped it about 10 chapters in cuz it was kinda generic and not what I was expecting but from what I've heard it does get significantly better later on, and knowing Inoue I don't doubt it so I'm positive it'll end up high on my list, here it is: 1. Yotsuba&! 2. Azumanga Daioh 3. Bleach 4. Jojos (1-6) 5. Hunter X Hunter 6. Attack On Titan 7. Fullmetal Alchemist 8. Naruto 9. Death Note 10. Chainsaw Man
Kubo art style had that inoue progression. I haven't read it so I don't know if inoue was quicker in developing, like kubo because within 70 chapters of bleach kubo went from odd features to esticithicly better
Pretty good list, but damn, one shonen which is unbelievably underrated in the west is World Trigger, I can't recommend it enough, it's unlike most shonen out there. It is hands down the best warfare style manga out there, unlike the naruto war arc which is basically just a bunch of random isolated fights that happen to be near eachother but you wouldn't really be able to tell. World trigger has actual strategy and tactics, every fight intertwines with eachother and effects the outcome. The best part is the power system, read it and you'll find out, it takes you out real quick from the standard shonen and shows that pure willpower will not win, and no power of friendship either which is a massive breath of fresh air. You won't have to worry about random powerups either. Please can someone just check it out because I swear I'm like the only one that has ever heard of it. Read some chapters and see if you like it, it has a slower start but it's worth it. WORLD TRIGGER
I love World Trigger, and how tactical the fights are ... but it's still a difficult recommendation. More than 2/3 of the current chapters are simulation / tournament-battles, so the stakes aren't really that high for the most part. This, combined with the long hiatsu and slow release-schedule might explain why it isn't as popular as other shonen.
Does a list exist, of all the shonen manga you read? Nowadays it's difficult to categorize manga just as shonen. A lot of them have strong Seinen tendencies, I would say that AoT, Chainsaw Man, Slam Dunk and Firepunch are as much Seinen as they are Shonen. Other than this, a couple of recommendation from me: Beelzebub Eyeshield 21 Ranger Reject MÄR
