Inside rounds, outside rounds, and knuckles, whichever you can buy cheaper. What sets you apart in the jerky sector is your flavor profile, your texture, and the fact that you're veteran owned. I'm going to try some to support, because good for you for taking the risk of starting your own venture in a tough segment to break into. That takes balls. I myself have never risked everything to do that.
