Parents are persuaded to empty their wallets for these items and why shouldn’t they? After all their children desperately think that they need to own them. A children’s wish is a parent’s command. The song is on their album ‘Skool Luv Affair’ which came out in February 2014.

They actually filmed this in the hotel where they're staying at, that time they're on a tour in Chile and they have this Bangtan Gayo where they have to play a games or do some challenges or quizzes something like that, that time the game/challenge that they have to do is make a self produce music video but they have to choose a song and the song that they've chosen is spine breaker. That's how the music video was made.
The food truck on the Agust D shoot was a gift from J-Hope, it's really common in Korea to offer the service of a customized food truck on a filming location, it's to support the person etc... It's not to make a prank, even if they put funny pictures on it 😂.
Here's a fun fact for you: This was during one of their RUN episodes where their task for that episode was to make an MV for Spinebreaker on the spot. Also this was all while they were on their world tour as well 🤣 EDIT: I got the BTS RUN and Gayo tracks mixed up. So, this episode was a BTS Gayo track, not the RUN episode ehehe

BTS is the best at doing social commentary whilst disguising the message in a "fun" song and choreography. So it makes the listener think instead of feeling that they are being preached at.
Please take this as constructive criticism, but I think you would greatly benefit from lightly reading up on the more 'out there' songs you react to! Obviously not for all songs, but for these types of reactions you miss out on the message/jokes because you have no background info! I mention this because you typically tend to just vibe and really 'hear' the music rather than read lyrics, which is not bad at all! It just means you don't get much of the meaning of the songs!

I was just about to comment this, no hate to Sammy at all he’s still one of my favorite TH-camrs but the lyric videos are called that for a reason, your supposed to read the lyrics not just listen to the song.
I know this is not related at all caused it’s another music video but when he reacted to the new comeback of August D, UH “Daechitwai” idk something like that.. basically he said how SUGA was dressed as a girl because he had long hair. I hope he read all the comments that talked about that saying that SUGA wasn’t dressing like a girl and it was culturally appropriate or something like that, because I want him to read and learn from his mistakes not just make a video of BTS and then put “What I’ll watch tomorrow =“ because I KNOW he likes reacting to BTS but he needs to know we want him to really take his time to learn and know more about BTS (even the little things). Plus wearing long hair was shown in Europe culturally (sorry if I’m not making sense with the culture wording I just want you to get what I mean) so his comment was confusing.
This is one of their most meaningful songs in my opinion. They are talking about teenagers who lust after "trendy" clothes leading to their parents working really hard to provide them with whatever they want and thus breaking their spines. The way they delivered the message is what makes the message more important. I love how they called these expensive clothes "dirty".
Just a little insight about the food truck thingy, Sam... it's actually a form of support. Just like when people send flowers to their friends as a token of support/appreciation, people (mostly fans of an artist or another fellow artist) in Korea sometimes hire/rent customized food truck to support their idols/friends. They can pick a selection of different food trucks with different kind of menus and decorate them to make it seem more personal. During Suga's MV filming, J-Hope was the one sending the food truck there, that's why you can see Hobi's and Suga's pictures on the truck banners and decoration. The food truck provided coffee and churros and all the filming crew and actors/actresses can go to the food truck and order both coffee and churro for free (coz everything's being paid by Hobi). Jin and JK were also there as cameos so they also enjoyed the food and drink from the truck and took selfie together in front of the truck. But sometimes people choose some dorky photos for the food truck so in a way it can seem like a prank, hahahah...
it was hobi that sent the food truck for yoongi andddd in korea artists send food trucks for each other at their filming site as a way to show support and love not as a prank 😂😭
if you watch a lyric video i recommend actually reading the lyrics because it seems like you don’t understand the full message of the song which is kind of obvious if you read the lyrics😅😅 not trying to be rude or anything lol

Spine breaker is the most sarcastic song calling out teens and kids wanting everything everyone else has to fit it. It's in my top 10 for a reason
BTS is the best at doing social commentary whilst disguising the message in a "fun" song and choreography. So it makes the listener think instead of feeling that they are being preached at.

Please take this as constructive criticism, but I think you would greatly benefit from lightly reading up on the more 'out there' songs you react to! Obviously not for all songs, but for these types of reactions you miss out on the message/jokes because you have no background info! I mention this because you typically tend to just vibe and really 'hear' the music rather than read lyrics, which is not bad at all! It just means you don't get much of the meaning of the songs!

I was just about to comment this, no hate to Sammy at all he’s still one of my favorite TH-camrs but the lyric videos are called that for a reason, your supposed to read the lyrics not just listen to the song.
I know this is not related at all caused it’s another music video but when he reacted to the new comeback of August D, UH “Daechitwai” idk something like that.. basically he said how SUGA was dressed as a girl because he had long hair. I hope he read all the comments that talked about that saying that SUGA wasn’t dressing like a girl and it was culturally appropriate or something like that, because I want him to read and learn from his mistakes not just make a video of BTS and then put “What I’ll watch tomorrow =“ because I KNOW he likes reacting to BTS but he needs to know we want him to really take his time to learn and know more about BTS (even the little things). Plus wearing long hair was shown in Europe culturally (sorry if I’m not making sense with the culture wording I just want you to get what I mean) so his comment was confusing.
the highlight of this is definitely Jin the choreographer! They even performed this live in front of thousands of fans haha!
This is one of their most meaningful songs in my opinion.
They are talking about teenagers who lust after "trendy" clothes leading to their parents working really hard to provide them with whatever they want and thus breaking their spines.
The way they delivered the message is what makes the message more important. I love how they called these expensive clothes "dirty".

Just a little insight about the food truck thingy, Sam... it's actually a form of support. Just like when people send flowers to their friends as a token of support/appreciation, people (mostly fans of an artist or another fellow artist) in Korea sometimes hire/rent customized food truck to support their idols/friends. They can pick a selection of different food trucks with different kind of menus and decorate them to make it seem more personal. During Suga's MV filming, J-Hope was the one sending the food truck there, that's why you can see Hobi's and Suga's pictures on the truck banners and decoration. The food truck provided coffee and churros and all the filming crew and actors/actresses can go to the food truck and order both coffee and churro for free (coz everything's being paid by Hobi). Jin and JK were also there as cameos so they also enjoyed the food and drink from the truck and took selfie together in front of the truck. But sometimes people choose some dorky photos for the food truck so in a way it can seem like a prank, hahahah...
