Kings of synchronization dance... Even tho they said that they were so in sync only in the past (bc of their age factor)... But still their dance moves is always DOPE and AMAZING... look at "ON" dance moves for example... The thing I love in their dance practices is the way that if they jump, they all jump together so when they land you only hear 1 thump. They are so in sync with each other it’s crazy! I guess that’s what you get when you train for 16 hours a day.

I saw a Korean music show sound technician talk about them performing and he said he has literally seen them collapse and unable to walk on their own after show performances but they look fine on stage even walking off. Concerts are absolutely grueling as seen in their docuseries... sucking on oxygen between songs whilst getting blotted and blow dried and dressed. Plus half the time they are dancing in winter jackets or 3 layers of clothes often all long sleeved. They truly give it their all and I don’t know how they do it. Amazing.
