If for whatever reason I lose my driver’s license-I’m getting one of these, lol.Hi Jolene, loved Mount Albert when I visited your business location the week before last.Keep up the good work.👍
@@ridethewind I think I stated I want one. I'm disabled in a small town. Where did you get your statement from? There a great idea for people who can't afford a car and or can't walk properly
@DarkySabertooth my apologies, I misunderstood. I do get alot of comments from haters on these. I thought you meant disable these, not that you're disabled. These scooters give absolute FREEDOM. Keep watching. We have a new unit and financing is being worked on to provide to odsp clients.
What? I would have gotten an attorney for that. They are not fast enough to be classified as a car, and they are listed with the bmv as a mobility scooter.
Can you drive this if you’re visually impaired, I live in a real area and have to go 7 miles into town for work and have to rely on my friends to take me or my coworkers, and I have to drive on a main road which leads into my next question, could it be driven on the shoulder?
I'm not physically disabled but are looking into something like this in my country because it's just a cheaper means of transport instead of an electric car in my country. Yes it may only ba able to drive 45 km/h and the battery isn't as big as in current electric vehicles but it gives a different kind of freedom.
It would be interesting to see the battery going down in a real time long drive….at night with all the lights on….in the rain with the windshield wiper on as well - up and down some hills as would happen in real driving, with someone in the back recording. Like about 1 hour of continuous driving under these circumstances. I’ve not seen any videos like that of this vehicle and it would be interesting to see, also very helpful to potential buyers. Just a thought.
A GPS app on a phone would give me the answer to whether it is useful in my area. We don't have many sidewalks. It would have to fit into a specific speed range for legal reasons due to its 4 wheels.
@@ridethewind I'm guessing that you didn't get my point. It would have been helpful if you provided trustworthy proof of this thing's performance so people can know whether their municipality would allow it on the road.
I don't believe this vehicle is allowed on a sidewalk, disabled or not & it takes up the entire sidewalk! So who is moving out of the way, if someone in a regular old wheelchair comes along? Just asking questions! 😉
Your best bet would be to check with your local bylaw office or local government about where it’s appropriate to use these. I contacted mine and was told sidewalk was okay. Not sure anywhere but in Ontario user is classified as a pedestrian so same rules apply.

Do any of them come with air-conditioning, I can get very warm sometimes?
Yes it is an option on many of the enclosed mobility scooters today.
I had a friend that had one he got rid of it after he got his second ticket the judge said he still had to have a license to operate on the streets.

Yes you can. Not on 400 series highways though
Did you use '3' the entire test drive. In other Ecolo videos they have a back up camera and A/C. Are these features on this unit.
No a/c. Rear back up. Next video will be the features
Whats that rattle? Its annoying.
arent these all made by gio in canda im pretty sure n around 7500 dollars
Could this have two lithium ion battery's installed and can it handle Street and trail tires to travel on dirt and pavement
Yes absolutely. We've discussed this. The suspension is.pretty bouncy. So choose trails wisely
Now, to operate the scooter in rain! Seriously, these things are so awesome looking.
They are! We have ab even better one called the Nexa by Matrix
It’s need insurance?
Can you own this even if your not disabled? I own a emmo hornet but this for some reason seems so much more fun lol.

Hey! Love the video request, We like it, we will add it to our list!
I honestly don't see this being used in that scenario by anyone who values their life.
2:38 Sounds like you dropped your M&M's there . . . ?

Hi, no insurance required
How to charge a mobility scooter who live in high rise buildings?
I need , how can I get it
Email us! We'll provide the info. Hello@ridethewindebikes.ca
I want one
What is the price of such a mobility scooter.
$8895,not tax
Do you kno a driver license to drive the POV Ecolo Cruise Enclosed Mobility Scooter!. Also how much money is it for ?
Any suppliers in India..... I must to buy
I wish I would talk about price tag how much or if I can get it financed and just make some payments on it
They are 6-8 k. And they have credit companies that will do payments for them.
I would like to get it if it have higher top speed. Atleast 130kmh
Lol...oh my
You would be entering the ‘danger zone’,lmao!

It's mobility, it's allowed on the sidewalk. What if someone has a double stroller? Same thing...gotta figure it out and be respectful.
Agreed. I don't think those should be on the sidewalks either.
It's a mobility scooter with a cover basically so it can be on a sidewalk especially if you have proof in case someone or a cop comes up to you
@@EvetteHeim1 you don't need any proof whatsoever

It's definitely not a comfortable ride.
The ecolo Connect and NEXA have better ride
gasoline
Looks super sketchy.
Sketchy....lol....that's a new one.
