I bought an Aniooki A9. I taje the battery inside everyday. Well it got to 25 degrees yesterday. Today, I go outside to ride to work and it wont go over 5mph. Any ideas why?

I tried and put a deposit down on one of these little ones identical to the center one in your video. There was a verbal agreement that if a problem arose that there would be no issues returning my deposit. A problem did occur with the gov housing I live in where they absolutely ignored and put off getting back in contact with me with regards to a small shed to keep this in to avoid theft and vandalism so I had to back out of the sale. The wonderful people held my deposit ransom refusing to give it back to me until they sold the unit I was to buy. Eventually after they told me to take them to court as they would win I told them to keep $200 of the deposit as a restocking fee and return the remainder of $800 I believe. I was disgusted, angry and had no options so I did the above. When I do decide to purchase another one it will most definitely be from Ride the Wind as they seem incredibly upfront with everything. They even point out what they don't like about some of their products which leads me to believe there is some honesty going on there. I'm really looking forward to the time when I can purchase one from Ride The Wind and start getting around my town here on my own without waiting or begging for a ride.

And you all should know that delivery guys give ZERO FKS about your package and if it would have fallen over they would have said -Don't worry it's insured. BTW he should not have delivered this, this clearly needed a forklift.
