I've got two follow up questions to go with this video... 1) If you've played Castle Panic and it's expansions, I want to know what your favourite combination is and if there are any expansions you use all the time? For me that's The Wizards Tower with Crowns and Quests now. The rest of the stuff tends to stay in my big box, but I will break it out now and then. 2) If you haven't played Castle Panic or played it and didn't really get into it, then I want you to tell me about a game that you didn't really love but that you grew to enjoy more and more with it's expansions.
Thank you for the thoughts and review of this. I own the original with all the expansions and have had a mixed relationship with it. I think base game only is a bit boring and random but when the wizard's tower is added it's my favorite combo. I usually tell my friends that unless they really love it the base game and wizards tower is the best way to play it. I like the new brighter art work but I don't think I need to upgrade to this.

I would suggest seeking out the stand alone Crowns and Quests expansion. You can even keep Wizard's tower in.
