and if it had been an alpha jock, he would have gotten overly compensated. It's cause its some coward like George, that they knew they could push him around and not pay.
@@isaacburdiss Hey you got a bad peach, that’s an act of God. He makes the peaches. I don't make the peaches, I sell the peaches. You have a problem? You talk to him. 😂
See, this should have been a Jackie Chiles episode. George and Jackie are about to get paid, and somehow Kramer telling the man where the elevator was screws it up.
I still watch this show Today omg so funny george was the king of awkward moment responses he was the best everyone on that show were true comedy artists
It’d be enough to get him into court if security was negligent, but it all always depends on who the lawyers are, who the judge is, and what the precedent is.
The hospital should have had security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to the roof. They are responsible for the damage to George's car, so they owe him compensation.
I fail to see why people think George is right to expect the hospital to pay for the damage. He may have parked on the property, but nobody forced this man to jump off the roof. If he had parked one spot over, his car would have been fine. He’s proving a person could die a horrible way, people can be upset and traumatized by it, and he’s waving a bill around expecting someone else to pay for it.
It’s the hospital’s fault that the man reached the roof in the first place. There needed to be better security to prevent patients from doing something like this. George’s car was damaged because the hospital failed the patient, a failure which George himself had nothing to do with; all he did was park the car.
@@12classics39 with that logic, the city should have bought Jerry a new car every time it got stolen just because a cop wasn’t there at the time of the robbery.
"Yeah, the splat, that's where I come in"😂 - George can't-stand-ya costanza.
4:21
1:20 "Ahh youre screwed
I know"
HILARIOUS
I know.
George's *That's where I come in* is absolutely spot on 😂
George perfectly communicated how the tragedy affected him.😂
Is one of reasons why they were ALL incarcerated in series finale.
and if it had been an alpha jock, he would have gotten overly compensated. It's cause its some coward like George, that they knew they could push him around and not pay.
George was in the right seeking financial restitution from the hospital.
You want restitution?
I wonder if the hospital would try the 'we are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles' excuse to get out of paying?

And the punchline is...?
It's a comedy after all.
Yeah that always bothered me. There is definitely someone he could file a lawsuit against

"Had it been a convertible"😂😂😂
I know plenty of bald men who have owned convertibles
1:20 I love how he knows there's no point but he's gonna try anyway 😂
Should’ve kept in George confronting Kramer “So, any word from the Pigman?!”😂
Profit from it, he just wanted equal compensation 😂 shoulda taken it to Judge Judy
George is right about having a great parking spot! It's invigorating!! 😂
You can still get a good spot in the city if you apply yourself 😅
Elaine pulling her nose upwards 😂😂
George and parking spots, always a treat
The way George was constantly bragging about his "great parking spot" he was asking for it 😂
Oh look, the man's flying...the man's flying!
And then....splash....😂
George and finding perfect parking spots are inseparable 😂
That’s the guy who I told where the elevator was
Growing up is relating to George more and more, in his losses and his wins
George was done wrong, but he still the funniest🤣💯👍
For once George was right. His approach was sensible and he hilariously choose the right words.😂
Mrs Sweetler "Well I have known bald men who owned Convertibles...."😅
My dad is the Jamaican version of George.
Maybe the baby would like to see the parking spot 😅
I still watch this show Today omg so funny george was the king of awkward moment responses he was the best everyone on that show were true comedy artists
George: my carrrrrrrrrrrrr at 1:06 LOL
I never realized you can hear the thud of the guy landing on George’s car.
Easy to prove in court, suspect hospital security was at fault. Case closed.
It’d be enough to get him into court if security was negligent, but it all always depends on who the lawyers are, who the judge is, and what the precedent is.
This is all Larry David’s writing and Jason acting. 😂😂
The Pigman is one of the best episodes.
The "perfect spot" put him in so many wonderful situations! Haha, love this show!
I always thought the hospital administrator was hilarious in this episode, she was suspicious of Costanza from jump
George: "He couldn't move off 2 feet, land on the sidewalk. It's city property"
For once George wasn’t being unreasonable for asking the hospital to pay for the damage to his car
1:28 ..so New York, great characterisation. 2:48
Oh George 😂
Profit? I think you’ll see from the estimate that I’m not really profiting that much.
George has done a lot of scummy things, but I think this was one spot where he was well within his rights.
In real time, George's car would have suffered WAY more damage than that!
No kidding. The windows aren't even cracked.
MY CAR?!?!!??! MY CARRRRRR!!!
It was the hospital’s liability though.
I probably wouldn't go against the family, but I would absolutely try to get some money from the hospital insurance
Maybe the baby wants to see the spot
At least it was his own car this time, not his father's.
Better call Saul!
don’t understand why the hospital wouldn’t compensate 🥴
$$$
George should have called Jackie Childs.
“Profit” this one this one time George I right
Everything is all pulled down. Yes it is!
My brother, a lawyer, said the hospital would be liable in a real life situation.
Is your brother's first name Saul?
The hospital should have had security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to the roof. They are responsible for the damage to George's car, so they owe him compensation.
George should hires a lawyer and sue the hospital. He will get money for new car.
Splat!!
George, shut it ... wouldn't your auto insurance take care of it?(was that the Jon Voight car?)
no it was destroyed due to the diner lady's beeping
Flew right past the children's wing. That's good stuff.
hospital should pay restitution... wasn't his fault some maniac escaped and ended himself.. regardless of the circumstances leading up to it 😭😭😭
Maybe the baby would like to see the spot. 🤣😂😆
For George pettiness is victory.
George was never wise with his parking spots
The insurance company will say it was an act of God.
doubt mr. cantstandya had full coverage, he'd have the bare minimal
"Full coverage is a scam!" He might say
Oink, oink!
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Superman!!
Now in days that's a lawsuit against the hospital could probably get a free house too 😂

Hospital is absolutely at fault. There are security protocols and alarms 🚨 when accessing restricted areas.
Yes, George should've sued the Splatters family. I'm sure they were loaded.
Really the car insurance should’ve just covered the damage.
Typical hospitals overcharging and taking no responsability for accidents on their property.
George’s attempt at negotiating with the hospital administrator is where you can see pure Larry David shine through!
"A man plummets tragically to his ultimate demise, and you callously and greedily want to *profit* from it? Get out!!"
1:08 the woman with a newborn baby is terrified.
For I am, Costanza Lord of The Idiots. So please was some respect 😂
Imagine the audacity to pull this off 😳
Never mind the car - what about Elaine's awful bobbysox look!
That was all the rage in the 80s.
I also wore it at the time! 🤭
George’s face 1:08
..and then…. *SPLAT*
How can anybody stand this Costanza guy?
With the baldness and everything...
1:00 1:04 1:06
A friend of mine just published a facebook story bragging about great parking spot he got just in front of his building :D
Finding a great spot is quite gratifying, but I don’t go overboard gloating like George does.
George sounds alot like cartman on southpark
My car my car
🤣🤣🤣
ive never seen anyone that gray.
I thought she was going to say it was an act of God. And George would say, but I don’t believe in God!
How🤔Do👉You Profit💸When👉Your Car👀Is💥Destroyed💥When🤔You're👉Not At Fault🤪🤣😎🍺
George was right
What I dont get George you have insurance there responsible to fix your car.
Is the hospital actually legally responsible for such an incident in real life?
My guess is no.
Unless the patient is there against his will, like a mental asylum.
Do you know who you are?
pls comment
If it were a convertible..
I never understood why George simply didn't bring in Jackie Chiles to help him plead his case against the hospital.
Jackie didn’t appear until Season 7 this was season 5
