I never said that I placed an order a few weeks ago. I was inquiring with others if you were still in business as I ordered a few items a week ago from the time I posted on YT and hadn’t received any correspondence. Don’t get things twisted, I totally understand you are a small business and not Amazon. I just was looking for some notification that you received my order. So I didn’t have to request a refund/stop payment from my CC company. In the event you were no longer in business. Nevertheless I like your innovation and look forward to receiving your product soon. 👍🏾
Hello, no we are very much still in business! I'm not exactly sure who this is, however if you have questions about an order please shoot us an email and we will be happy to help! We try to get back to folks in 48 hours, but we are a small business, not amazon, so it sometimes takes a bit to keep up with all the emails. The oldest order in our que is currently only 8 days old. Normally we ship in 2-3 days but have some items backordered due to material availability. So i am not sure where you got the idea an order is a "few weeks old"... However, regardless, the TH-cam comments section is hardly the right place for such inquiry...

Is it fully nessessary to cut the wings off for the latch? Will they actually interfere?
