Overall, good gun. I have three, one NIB. The first malfunctioned twice with Magtech 180gr FMJ. It cycled Underwood 165 Gold Dots just fine. The main issue w this gun is slide wobble. With the gun unloaded, close slide and press the trigger. Rattle gun. It’s irritating! Sig looked at it and said it’s within tolerance. It’s sloppy. That gun has just under 800 rds through it. Second XTEN has been malfunction free, knock on wood. It has over 2k rds of the aforementioned Magtech. Also, has four magazines of Winchester 180 gr Defenders, and 46 rds of the Underwood 165 GD. Just put another .30 caliber can worth of ammo through it today. The trigger is awesome!!! Ok, for the magazines… don’t be afraid to muscle that 15th rd in. It’ll be ok. All 20 of my mags work fine, with nine set aside for range use, and the others for carry/spare should one go down. Yes, it’s a bear seating a full mag on a closed slide. Place the mag in the gun to where it stops, and SMACK it, lol. I use Ballistol, and love it. Also, I use grease on high wear metal contact points and the striker/sear. For a factory poly gun, it smoothed out impressively well. Of course, no need to use grease, so please be careful in dirty /dusty conditions. EDC in the concrete jungle is fine. I’ve been a huge fan of the 10mm for 30 years, and glad it’s making a comeback! With that, loads are all over the map, lol. I prefer Norma Spec loads, and only buy such (or as close as possible. Example of what I stay away from is American Eagle 180 gr FMJ. It’s only about 100fps faster than the .40 S&W but you’re still paying 10mm price. No thanks! I’d shoot my .40 before that, lol. Today, my Streamlight TLR-1 HR died. I swapped it out w a spare, and will contact Streamlight Monday… if only for their situational awareness, and maybe see if they’ll determine what broke. Nothing seems out of the ordinary, but I’m no light expert. If it’s not rated for 10mm, I’ll turn to Surefire, but I like Streamlight’s light switch better. I wish Sig would release 22-24 rd extended magazines, along with a 3.8-4.0 XTEN Carry. Sure would help drop the draw from concealed AIWB by about .25 of a second. That’s enough of a difference to make a difference. Lastly, people are killing me talking about the 10mm is a bear defense gun not suitable for self defense from two-legged threats. That is wrong. The Norma Spec loads were designed specifically for stopping bad people. A byproduct is trail/bear defense and some large game hunting applications w appropriate loads. For black bear defense in the lower 48, specifically SE area where they are relatively small, I just use my EDC bonded ammunition. It’s for defense, not hunting, and those who carry, should be carrying a spare mag or two anyway. Having said that, I do have and recommend Underwood’s 200gr HC to complement bear defense plan.
Thanks! I will definitely have to try the Underwood 200 for out here. That is frustrating about the slop. I’m surprised that they called that within limits.
What kind of hardcast and how much have you put through yours? Mine won’t feed 220gr underwood. The 200gr functions better but I have had at least one failure to go into battery out of 40 rounds.

I haven’t tried the Underwood 220. I tried the Grizzly 200g one box. It’s easy to get here locally.
Did Sig ever figure out how to keep the 320 from shooting people accidently?
Looks like it. I think they got that worked out.
