My logic is spray the area or blow all the shit up. I logically KNOW I'd die on my own because that logic of blow shit up basically just let's everyone know where I am. I survived 3 sniper shots ONLY because of the distance of the sniper and the bullet proof glass held up...barely. The round, for all 3, JUST stopped etching out of the glass, right in front of my face.

What's really insane about de-aging CGI is when it's a famous actor who was making movies when he was younger. In other words, we KNOW what he looked like when he was younger. And yet the de-aged CGI version never looks like that. It looks like the aging actor's vanity, where he imagines he looks the same as he ever was. The "young" Will Smith doesn't look like actual young Will Smith, it looks like old Will Smith with some wrinkles smoothed out and random volume subtracted from his face in an implausible, inhuman way. They should've just taken the years of Fresh Prince of Bel Air footage, built a model out of that (the IP owners would never be able to prove it and probably wouldn't care), and then mapped it onto the elderly Smith. Would've looked more real.

You missed the motorbike scene on the car, when he slammed the motorbike into the side of the car and yet there's only damage on the windscreen. Also the scene at 6:45 where the audio is clearly dubbed. 9:45 - it's so dark, but she just conveniently has her gun with flashlight attached pointed at them the entire time so we can see what's going on. She's now no longer an actor, but part of the film crew.
Speaking as someone who was born in a whole other continent, I honestly sometimes appreciate it when movies are specific on the locations... E.G I had no idea a place called "Buttermilk" even existed.
The problem is that there has to be a more creative and engaging way of introducing a location other than literally spelling it out on the screen (show, don't tell!). Another problem is that a vast majority of the time, the location isn't even that important to the narrative, yet movies insist on telling us anyway.

And a real, unscripted breakdown. The ending of that episode was supposed to be more lighthearted, but the story-line was too close to Will Smith's relationship with his actual dad, and he couldn't close the floodgates once opened. You see real concern in "Uncle Phil's" face as he rushes to drag Smith into his arms, because none of that was supposed to happen and all the dude could think about was comforting this traumatized kid.

I liked this film's concept, but its execution felt lackluster. And I feel the VFX shots of young Will Smith were inconsistent. There were some that were legitimately good, others that looked weird as shit, and what didn't help was the film's 120 fps frame rate.
The fact that there are so many of them, and they all take their sweet time. When you have 5 logos that take 20 seconds each, it becomes a tremendous pain to sit through all of them. Especially then there is a significant amount of black screen time between them. Yes, we get it, you guys funded, influenced, and/or created this movie. But we don't need a solid half minute of flying over a river before stars go shooting past and swirl around for a bit before they circle the mountain, _Paramount._ Just flash a still and move on.

Another thing about EpiPens that movies and TV shows almost always get wrong: they're not a cure. Their only purpose is to keep someone alive long enough to get proper medical treatment. And a real, unscripted breakdown. The ending of that episode was supposed to be more lighthearted, but the story-line was too close to Will Smith's relationship with his actual dad, and he couldn't close the floodgates once opened. You see real concern in "Uncle Phil's" face as he rushes to drag Smith into his arms, because none of that was supposed to happen and all the dude could think about was comforting this traumatized kid.

I liked this film's concept, but its execution felt lackluster. And I feel the VFX shots of young Will Smith were inconsistent. There were some that were legitimately good, others that looked weird as shit, and what didn't help was the film's 120 fps frame rate.
I thought the same at 1:23 when I first saw this movie. I thought to myself “Is this Ricky Bobby’s and Cal Naughton Jr’s love child?” LOL!

The fact that there are so many of them, and they all take their sweet time. When you have 5 logos that take 20 seconds each, it becomes a tremendous pain to sit through all of them. Especially then there is a significant amount of black screen time between them. Yes, we get it, you guys funded, influenced, and/or created this movie. But we don't need a solid half minute of flying over a river before stars go shooting past and swirl around for a bit before they circle the mountain, _Paramount._ Just flash a still and move on.
