Thank you always, and I learn a lot. There are two things that distract me from trying to concentrate what you say. "Scene changes with up and down with sound" and "Hand gestures". Otherwise everything else is perfect. Oh, by the way I also want to see your right hand too. Again, sorry for so many suggestions. You are a good teacher and jazz musician.

Will keep these in mind next time, Yoshi. Thank you!

This video is gold. All these "dont's" are so relevant to me and would probably be to others too. Almost all of these things apply to me and my approach in practicing and playing jazz. Keep doing these stuff man!

I thought it was the bass player who is drunk after the second song? That used to be me!

Exellent I really like what you do! I have a question :,
do you prefer the Ibanez PM200 or the Ibanez AF2000 ? Who has more The so-called "mellow tone"? Thanks 🙏

I don't know. Never tried those guitars myself.

More than useful thanks Marc. When I look at the biggest obstacles to get from just playing exercises to playing songs effectively, they all feature in your "list of terror".

Thanks, Brent! Your playing will go a long way once you overcome these obstacles :)

Marc, would appreciate a review of the new Strandberg guitar. For starters - why? ;-)

... you read my mind Mark: that is a video coming soon on the channel. I did film it last week and it should be released by the end of this month. No kidding, the video is titled "Why I chose the Strandberg"

Hi Marc, I have the same guitar. May I know the EQ setting of your amp for me to reference?

Yep! On the Fender Blues Junior, I like very low bass (under 20%), mids are pretty high (above 50%) and treble is about in the middle. I use the neck pickup of course, and the tone know on the guitar is pretty much always all "rolled" out (90% or more).
