Merci Marc-Andre ! It's amazing how we can get lost in a jungle of Aebersold syllabus/scales/modes/riffs when landing on the 3rd delivers so much "bang for the buck". Thanks for the reminder.
Edit: i found your website Hello. For about 10 years Ive been learning Bossa Nova (i am Portuguese), mostly by my self, but have no deep understanding of jazz and i never had a big contact with jazz culture besides Bossa Nova and some very known standards, plus todays LoFi scene. I had a teacher at some point but he doesn't have a organized teaching method so i quit. I do understand some harmony and i managed to understand how and why chord progressions are a thing. Do you have any online classes or do you give any classes in particular? I wished to have some consistent method
Hi Daniel! Yes, I do provide classes and coaching for students interested in jazz. :) You can check out www.jazzguitarlessons.net/reviews Book a call here: www.nextlevel.jazzguitarlessons.net/
I am bit confused. You only play the third on Beat 1 and an approch to the next third on Beat 4? Because in the first try you play the First as well... Ah.. at first you play third and first at the same time. alright.
