Real estate agents that drive a client around? They’re far too lazy in the U.S. to do that. They’ll show you one house, after you drive yourself there, and if you don’t make an offer on it, they cut you loose.

Well, my Real estate agent is nothing like that. I've been using him since 2007 in Virginia and if I want to purchase something in another state he will definitely make a phone call for an agent in that state.

This house is terrible, the ceilings are too low. It should be torn down and new one built in it's place.

Although you follow the same format as location location location what you don’t do is let us see which house the buyers really ended up getting. I mean that’s the fun of it all but just to go see some houses with somebody and you never know which house they chose it’s not worth it...
