I looked up Aramis Calligraphy Rose and it seems to be about $140.00 in the US for 3.4oz. At that price I would want to get a sample first but Scentsplit is even out of it at the moment. oxJulia

Yes! Somone wrote this on Parfumo: "A very strong, smoky, creamy-spicy rose, bombastic performance, lasts forever without being overwhelming." Agree with this person although I didn't find it so smoky. A touch of incense is all.

Re: The bandaid thing, yes you’re right they do. In the hospital environment we call it Friars Balsam, at the end of surgery it used to be applied, it was an additional highlight to all the staff in the O.R. I’ve even heard a comment on my wearing of Gucci Guilty Absolute while out. “ Phew! It smells like a hospital round here” My ears pricked up as I thought uh oh that’s me!
This is such a nice gift!! Also I'm quite jealous you got to smell Calligraphy Rose! I've been wanting to try it for ages but been unable to find a few drops to smell.
