When I was 16, your videos inspired me to dive into my painting talent. After school, I started my family and hadn’t really picked up a paintbrush since. Im 26 now and decided I would try again, despite knowing I may not be good anymore and it will probably make me angry. I wanted a few tips from TH-cam and the first video to pop up was yours. Hey Kevin I don’t know if you read the comments or not but I have a question if you do. My liner work tends to come out glossy and shinier than the rest of the painting. It kind of ruins an otherwise nice painting. Is there a way to avoid this? I typically use a linseed oil to thin the paint. Thanks in advance
