there are Samsung-specific tools that have kept me choosing Samsung phones for years. Modes and routines and also the smartthings. Powerful tool imo. and you are correct, nothing wrong with the hardware of the S24 FE, it is just the price that made it undesirable
This year's FE is much better than last year's. If you're on a tight budget but want to move up to an S series experience, this can work. It has all of the S features like Dex and AI. Only thing it lacks is RAM, which won't matter for another 2-4 years, but by then if you want you can upgrade again.
I just picked up this phone, which is a mid-range level, on Amazon for $450.00 on their *black Friday* sale, so for me it was totally worth it as an upgrade from a phone that was 5 years old!
I got this one for less than 300$ for my little sister after trading in her excellent condition s21 plus i really wantdd to get her the s23 ultra or s24 but damn the price is pretty much the same as when it was released. So yeah it sucks that the samsung store in our area dont adjust their price at all even if its an old flagship
I just ordered the 256GB bundle, with a free GalaxyBuds3 for R8,704 ($500 incl. tax) for The Black November Sale from Samsung. With that price, I think it's a great phone.
Please can you tell me from where you ordered it in SA? I've been looking for deals on this. I would really appreciate it because I can't find this deal anywhere. Did you do a trade in?
Koodo is currently offering me the S24 FE for free with a 2 year contract. I was going to stay with them anyway, so I feel like this is pretty much a no brainer! But they also have this offer on the Pixel 8a. What’s the better deal? Anyway, awesome update on the phone! I’ve really been enjoying your reviews - no fluff, just a straightforward summary of the product.
The slower charger isn't such a big deal. Actually it can help you out prolong the battery's life. Given people connect phones via android auto in their cars and they tend to use their phones in cycles throughout the day, slower charging is actually not that big of a deal.
I just picked up this phone from cricket wireless for $99 with taxes and $60 plan for $258... This deal ends Thursday ,you can port over your number or get a new one.. In store tho
BUT ITS EXYNOS! FOR $650.00? ITS STRAIGHT SCAM-SUNG! The display does not beat the S23FE without changing tones. I disagree with your assessment. Samsung has never shown any distinctive difference for any of their "FAN Edition"
Never see the point of the FE. By the time it's released, it's usually so close to the price of the previous regular S, you might just as well, in this case, get the regular 24.
They do suck at the initial release of the phone. But after 3 months the price dropped so significantly it's actually crazy. Right now you can get this phone for 300-400 USD which is absolutely bonkers. Definitely better value then the A55.
I just switched from the oneplus 12. I've only had issue from the oneplus. To a clunky and glitch operating system, to the back glass randomly shattering while in a case, a curved screen, and most importantly randomly losing the ability to call after a update with no fix in site. I bought the s24 FE due to it being very cheap with a trade in. And I have to say damn is it a fresh breath of air.
I bought this phone on black Friday $480 plus I treated my phone, and in total price was $350 just wait until this phone is on sale and trade your old phone
This is essentially an A55 plus. It has a chipset that's more common in their A series, but the build quality of a flagship. It's a decent phone, but there are better options at a much better price. Oneplus 12r for 530 dollars on sale. Oneplus 12 12gb ram, 256gb storage on sale for 650 dollars. The same price as a base model 128gb S24 FE. For 100 dollars more, you can get the 16gb ram, 512gb storage. You can get an S22 plus or S23 plus discounted at about the same price. Maybe less.
Name one A series with even the Exynos 2200, forget the 2400e. You can't. A series uses the 1380 and 1480. You can stop talking out of ur @ss, just for once!!!!
damn nigga chill. I'm just saying that there's better phones with a better chipset at a much more competitive price. Let me clarify... (the Exynos is a notorious chipset amongst the smartphone community). The S24 FE is more or less an A55 on steriods. There, happy? Loosen up, buddy. Is this what brand loyalty does to the weak minded.
@StevealiciousTech What would you recommend the Motorola g stylus 2024 or the s24fe/s23fe/s23 because I'm looking to upgrade from an iPhone se which had very poor battery life I know that the budget for those phones are vastly different but what do you really lose when it comes to these phones.
I really like it...I just think there are enough ways to save money on it that you should try to get a discount.
If you are a Samsung user you will stay with Samsung and not get a Pixel 8a .
I got mine with free earbuds from Samsung for about 427 plus tax. For that price it's a good phone
That's the stuff.
How?
@@sankaracchumobile5320 prolly traded in an older phone and various discounts

Can pick up with a $100 gift card in the USA. I'm sure there will be other deals down the road. Not bad at $550
Try 200 off if you trade in any smart phone
@eveylopez6742 : 10/17 on the Samsung website I was quoted a $250 discount for trading in my s20fe towards a s24fe with 256 memory.
its odd how the a55 has a 12gb ram variant but not the s24 fe
s24 fe is 8+8 ram
@@francheszka.20 virtual ram isnt real ram just saying
it only has 8 gb of ram

@@francheszka.20 That +8 is just the storage on the phone pretending to be RAM, but it's slower and it slows your phone down if you use it.

Cricket has these now for 99usd I just bought one at that price
With the free $100 gift card and discounts for accessories, I got this with the Galaxy Buds FE and a 44mm Galaxy Watch 7 for $808. I call that a win
Definitely, that's what I mean. If you get a deal or bundle, you're golden.
Only thing that bothers me is that slow charger. I'm used to fast chargers like 67w and don't know if i can put up with 25w.
Don't buy it then
The slower charger isn't such a big deal. Actually it can help you out prolong the battery's life. Given people connect phones via android auto in their cars and they tend to use their phones in cycles throughout the day, slower charging is actually not that big of a deal.
I can pick one up for 465€ in my country (about 499 usd), for that price is not bad at all
Just ordered the FE, BF/Cyber Monday deal for $229 Canadian from Bell Canada, phone is 9.58 /month for 2 years.

At $650.00 I'm going outside of the U.S.A. for a RedMagic 9S Pro. This phone seems like a $300.00 phone at best.
Nonsense، the A55 is about 370$
@@shadjdm8735 And that should be cheaper too. $600 for the FE is a scam when you look at the competition and what they offer for that price.
How about Samsung modem in s24fe? How does signal strength compare to snapdragon model?
I really enjoyed the review. Thanks
Thanks!
Does s25 will come with elite or exynos outside usa??
I’m getting mine for 100 bucks so yeah I say it’s worth the upgrade from my IPhone 11
Mine heats up like crazy, had it for only 4 days!
Should I trade in my iphone 13 for the s24 fe
I got both devices😂
@linetheory I sold my iphone 13 to my brother and combined my money to buy the s24 plus
I think I will upgrade to the galaxy S23Fe or actually the S23
Whichever you can get cheaper is the one you should go with
what about the front camera
Great video Bro... Please do Battery drain test for this Mobile...

As much as hate exynos deserved in the past, this year's exynos chips are marvelous when compared to their predecessors.

If you or anyone wants to speed up the thumb unlock, shut off thumb print animation. It speeds up the unlock about 50% faster 👍

@deraw94 yup. It did for mine and also my old S21-FE too.
The S24 FE is a great deal on Amazon for Black Friday. The 128GB version costs $474.00, and the 256GB version costs $534.00.👍
